Our venue hire includes exclusive use of Palms Pavilion for your wedding, along with access to our ceremony and reception spaces. You’ll also have use of our furniture, basic setup and pack down, and support from our dedicated wedding coordinator to help bring everything together. We’ll guide you through the planning process and assist on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Yes, we do. We always have a wet-weather plan in place to ensure your day can run seamlessly regardless of the conditions. Our indoor space provides a beautiful backup option for both your ceremony and reception, so you can feel confident knowing you’re covered if the weather changes.
Palms Pavilion is a versatile space that can comfortably cater to both intimate celebrations and larger weddings. We can host smaller gatherings of a minimum of 60 guests with a relaxed feel, right through to larger guest lists—generally accommodating up to around 140 - 200 guests depending on your chosen format and setup.
Yes—couples are welcome to choose their own vendors for elements such as styling, florals, photography, and entertainment. We do have a list of trusted suppliers we love working with if you’d like recommendations, but ultimately you’re free to build your dream team. The only exception relates to catering and beverages, which are managed in-house to ensure a consistent experience.
Our pricing is based on venue hire, along with your chosen food and beverage package. Venue hire varies depending on the season and day of the week, and we offer flexible options for both peak and off-peak weddings (peak weekend venue hire: $7,000, peak mid-week venue hire $4,000, off-peak venue hire $3,500). Catering is priced per person, with a range of menu styles ($165pp - $325pp) available to suit different wedding formats. We provide tailored proposals so you can see a clear, itemised breakdown based on your guest numbers and preferences.
We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates, as these can book out quickly. That said, we’re always happy to check availability for shorter timeframes—particularly for midweek or off-peak dates where we may have more flexibility.
