What is your most memorable wedding?
The enchanting Mulberry House in Chelmsford, where love and elegance merge seamlessly. Picture the picturesque setting on a perfect English summer day as Jen and Ben exchange vows in an outdoor ceremony, surrounded by the timeless beauty of the venue.
Ben's arrival on a magnificent black stallion adds an epic touch to the day, setting the tone for a celebration filled with joy. The weather, cooperating as if on cue, bathes the event in the warm glow of a flawless summer day.

What about your business are you most proud of?
I'm proudest of the relationships I build with couples. Most of my bookings come from word of mouth and recommendations — couples who've seen their friends' films and want the same experience. I take pride in being the person who blends in, captures the real moments, and delivers films that make people cry happy tears. Winning the Hitched Wedding Awards 2026 and being a finalist in The Wedding Industry Awards means a lot, but hearing a couple say "we watched it ten times" is what really matters.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Write your speeches down — do not try to freestyle it! I've seen too many best men freeze mid-sentence because they thought they'd remember it. Even a few bullet points on a card makes a huge difference. Your guests will thank you, and your videographer definitely will — a confident speech makes for much better footage.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I once filmed a wedding where the bride walked down the aisle to the same song her parents had at their wedding 30 years earlier. There wasn't a dry eye in the room — including mine behind the camera. It's those kinds of personal touches that make a wedding film unforgettable. You can't script that kind of emotion.

What is the most exciting thing you have caught on camera?
I once filmed a groom's reaction as his bride walked down the aisle — but what made it unforgettable was his 4-year-old son running up to hug them both mid-ceremony. Completely unplanned. That's the magic of being a documentary-style videographer — you can't script those moments, but you can make sure they're never forgotten.
What is the one film you wish you had directed and why?
My parents' wedding, before I was born. I'd love to see them young and in love, surrounded by family and friends — to hear the speeches, see the dancing, and watch the moment they started their life together. That's the power of a wedding film. It outlives the day and lets future generations experience it too.
What is your favourite soundtrack to put to a wedding video?
I use cinematic, acoustic, emotional music — properly licensed, high-quality tracks that fit the mood of each film. Uplifting when it needs to be, heartfelt when it matters. If a couple wants to choose their own music, they're welcome to — I'll work with whatever feels right for them.
Describe how you got into videography.
I started out filming and photographing friends' weddings back in 2019 — just as a favour at first. But watching their reactions when they saw the final film hooked me. From there, I taught myself everything — cameras, editing, drone work — and never looked back. Hundreds of weddings later, I still get the same buzz when a couple tells me they've watched their film ten times.
