What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
It's never too soon to book your suppliers! This should be priority after booking your venue. This way you will have the best chance of securing suppliers you really want as part of your wedding day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I would say the most touching thing for me are memory tables which are devoted to family members or friends who have passed away. One moment in particular was a father of the bride had passed away recently and a chair was kept at the top table for the brides father, it was really emotional.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
It all begins with an enquiry (whether this is via email, phone, social media etc) ! Which I respond to detailing my package and answering any questions you may have! If you are keen to book in, this is followed by an email detailing info on how to confirm your booking, pay the deposit and also sign the contract.
Then around two months before your wedding day we have a pre wedding meeting! This gives us a chance to talk through any requirements you may have on your wedding day and complete the booking form.
Next stop is your wedding day! I am with you all day filming from two hours before your ceremony until around 20 minutes after your first dance :)
What is the most exciting thing you have caught on camera?
For me I love capturing the evening dance floor moments! I absolutely love seeing guests having fun and throwing some moves on the dance floor! This makes great video and it always so exciting to be a part of.
What is the one film you wish you had directed and why?
My favourite film has to be Notting Hill! I love a good rom-com, so why not dream I directed it!
