Gaetano, our founder, has been a videographer for over 15 years.
He set up The Perfect Wedding Video with the aim of being able to bring couples all across the UK an affordable yet breathtaking wedding experience.
Which is exactly what our motto ‘capturing more than just memories' is all about.
Creating an experience for couples that allows them to re-live all of their most special moments, from a day that marks the start of a beautiful journey together, is something we all fell in love with from an early age.
Our love for wedding videography comes from our own experience. We know all too well how important video is to be able to re-live a moment. Sure, we love photography too, but we’ve found that being able to actually hear the sounds that took place, and see the emotions of those that you love, is what truly brings you right back to that moment and live it all again in a way that photography on it’s own simply couldn’t do.
Having now grown into a wonderful team of 6, offering photography alongside our well-known videography, we are able to provide a full and complete package to couples, and are able to work alongside couples to make their day one that truly lasts a forever.

What's included in your wedding videography packages?
Our packages are built around capturing all the key moments of your day, from getting ready through to your evening party, in the most natural but cinematic way. Depending on the package you choose, this can include full ceremony and speech coverage, highlight films, drone footage, and same day edits. We're happy to talk through the options that would suit your day best.
How do we find out more or get a quote?
The easiest way is to go on our website and check out the packages we offer. If you need a tailored quote, either message us with your requirements or if you prefer face to face chats, book a free 45 minute call with us. We'll go through your plans for the day, answer any questions, and put together a package that fits.
How long does it take to receive our final film?
Turnaround is 3-5 months from your wedding day. Our in house editing team never misses a deadline.
Do you offer a second videographer?
Yes, if you are planning a large wedding or multi day / multiple location wedding, or if you simply want extra eyes on the day, we can add a second videographer to make sure nothing gets missed.
What happens if it rains, or plans change on the day?
We've filmed weddings in all sorts of weather. We come prepared and will always adapt on the day to make sure your film reflects the celebration, whatever the conditions.
Do we get to see the footage before the final edit?
We'll keep you in the loop throughout the editing process, and we often share sneak peeks on our social media channels. But if you simply can't wait you can always choose our express delivery service.
Is a deposit required to secure our date?
Yes, we ask for a booking fee to secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due closer to the day. You'll be able to check out the exact terms with your quote.
Can we request additional coverage after booking?
Absolutely. If your plans change, whether that's adding extra hours, a second location, or another videographer, just get in touch before the wedding day, and we'll get it sorted for you.
Do you travel to venues outside your local area?
Yes, we travel to weddings across the UK. Travel costs may apply depending on the distance, and we'll always be upfront about this in your quote.
