Wedding Photography & Videography

Hi, I’m Cloe! I’m a Liverpool-based wedding photographer and videographer, capturing weddings across Merseyside and the wider North West.

Your wedding day is about the two of you, the people you love and the story you’re creating together. My job is to capture that story as it naturally unfolds, so when you look back through your photos or watch your film, you’re taken straight back to how it all felt. The nervous excitement before the ceremony, the way you look at each other when you think nobody’s watching, the hugs, the happy tears, the laughter with your friends, the little family moments, the chaos, the dance floor and all the things you might not even realise happened until afterwards. These are the moments that make your wedding yours, and they’re the moments I’m there to notice and preserve.

My approach is relaxed, natural and documentary-led. I’m not there to turn your day into a photoshoot or have you posing for hours. I want you to be fully present and enjoy being with the people you love, while I quietly capture everything as it happens. I’ll give you gentle direction when you need it, especially if you’re not used to being in front of a camera, but I’ll never force moments that don’t feel like you.

I offer both wedding photography and wedding videography, although I only take on one service per wedding so I can give you my full attention. Whether you choose photographs, a film or both through separate bookings, everything is centred around telling your story in a way that feels personal, honest and completely yours. Before your wedding, I’ll take the time to get to know you properly. I want to hear about your plans, what matters most to you and the people and moments you’re most excited about. We’ll talk through your timings, any important details and anything you definitely don’t want missed, while still leaving plenty of space for the unexpected moments that make your day unique.

No two weddings are the same, and I don’t believe your photography or videography should feel like a one-size-fits-all experience. Whether you’re planning a city wedding, a relaxed countryside celebration, a tipi wedding or something completely different, I’ll adapt to you and the way your day unfolds. Weddings rarely run completely to plan, and that’s part of the fun! I’m used to working around changing timings, unpredictable weather, busy dance floors and all the little moments in between.

I’ve had couples tell me that having me there felt like having a friend capture their day, which is honestly one of the loveliest things I could hear. I want you to feel comfortable, looked after and able to forget the camera is there. You should be able to enjoy your wedding, not worry about performing for it.

My journey into photography started with wildlife photography while I was at university, which taught me a lot about patience and waiting for the right moment rather than forcing it. I later moved into events, live music, businesses and special occasions before taking my creative business full-time. Those experiences have shaped the way I approach weddings today - observing, anticipating and being ready to capture the moments that matter.

I’m also incredibly proud to have been named a finalist for Wedding Videography Company of the Year in the Proper Northern Wedding Awards 2026, which is a lovely recognition of how far the business has come.

Most importantly, I want your photos and film to feel like your wedding. Not just beautiful images, but a true reflection of the people, atmosphere, laughter, nerves, excitement and love that made the day yours.

If you’re looking for someone warm, relaxed and genuinely invested in telling your story, I’d love to hear all about your plans. 🤍

FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your photography/videography style?

My style is relaxed, natural and documentary-led. I’m there to capture your wedding as it actually happens, I’m not there to turn your whole day into a series of staged moments or have you posing for hours. I love the little moments just as much as the big ones - the nervous excitement before the ceremony, the laughs with your friends, the happy tears, the hugs, the dance floor and all the moments happening in between.

I’ll give you gentle direction when you need it, particularly for group photos and couple portraits, but I won’t keep pulling you away from your guests for hours. My aim is for your photos and film to feel genuine, personal and like you.

We’re really awkward in front of the camera - is that a problem?

Absolutely not! Most people aren't used to having a camera pointed at them all day, and you definitely don't need to know how to pose.

I’ll guide you through anything that needs a bit of direction and keep things relaxed rather than giving you complicated poses. A lot of the time, I’ll simply let you interact with each other and capture what happens naturally.

I want you to be able to enjoy your wedding rather than spend the day worrying about whether you’re “doing it right”. I’ve had couples tell me that having me there felt like having a friend capture their day, which is exactly the kind of experience I want to create.

Do you photograph and film the same wedding?

I offer both wedding photography and wedding videography, but I only take on one service per wedding so I can give my full attention to what I’m there to do.

If you’re booking me for photography, my focus is completely on capturing your photographs. If you’re booking me for videography, I can concentrate fully on filming your day and capturing the movement, atmosphere, voices and sounds that photographs can't.

If you’re looking for both photography and videography, I’m also happy to work alongside another photographer I work with or that you’ve chosen so that you can still have both without compromising on coverage.

What makes you different from other wedding photographers and videographers?

For me, it’s as much about how you feel on the day as the final photographs or film.

I’m very laid back in how I work and I want you to feel comfortable with me before you even arrive at your wedding. I’ll take the time to get to know you, understand what matters to you and make sure you know what to expect.

I’m not there to take over your day or make everything feel staged. I want to blend into the background when the important moments are happening, while still being there to gently guide you when needed.

I’ve been lucky enough to have couples tell me that it felt like having a friend capture their wedding, and that’s probably the best compliment I could receive.

Do you travel for weddings?

I’m based in Liverpool and regularly cover weddings across Merseyside and the wider North West, including Liverpool, Wirral, Cheshire, Lancashire and surrounding areas.

I’m also happy to travel further afield, including destination weddings. If your wedding is outside my usual area, just get in touch with your venue and date and I can let you know about availability and any travel costs will be included in the package.

How do you know what moments to capture?

Before your wedding, we’ll have a pre-wedding consultation where we can go through your plans, timings and anything particularly important to you.

I’ll want to know about the people and moments you absolutely don't want missed - whether that's a particular family photo, a special person who needs extra attention, or something you've planned as part of the day.

At the same time, I don't want you to have to create a huge list of every single moment. A big part of my job is observing what's happening around me and anticipating those moments before they happen, so I can capture the things you might not even realise are happening.

Can we request specific photos or moments?

Of course! I actually encourage you to tell me about anything that is particularly important to you.

We can discuss your must-have group photos, important family members, special details or anything unusual you've planned during your consultation. This means I can have everything in mind before the wedding rather than you having to remember it all on the day.

I’ll also capture plenty of candid moments alongside your requested photographs, so you end up with a gallery that tells the full story rather than just a checklist of shots.

What happens if our wedding doesn't go to plan?

Don't worry - weddings very rarely run completely to plan!

Timings change, speeches run over, people get stuck in traffic and sometimes the British weather decides it has other plans. I'm very used to adapting as the day unfolds.

Rather than stressing about sticking rigidly to a timeline, I'll work with what's happening around me and make sure the important moments are still captured. If something changes, we'll simply work with it and keep going.

How soon will we receive our photos and film?

For photography, you'll receive a selection of sneak peeks within 24 hours of your wedding, so you have some photographs to relive and share almost straight away. Your full edited gallery will then follow within the turnaround time outlined in your chosen package.

For videography, you'll receive a teaser film shortly after your wedding, followed by your full wedding film within the agreed turnaround time.

I don't believe in rushing the final gallery or film just to get it out of the door. Everything is carefully selected and edited so that the finished result feels like a proper reflection of your wedding.

How do we book you?

Once you've chosen your package and confirmed you'd like to go ahead, I'll send over your booking paperwork and invoice.

Your date is secured once your signed contract and booking fee have been received. From there, we'll keep in touch and arrange your pre-wedding consultation so we can go through your plans in more detail.

You don't need to have everything figured out before booking. We can work through the finer details together as your wedding gets closer.
