My No.1 wedding planning tip for couples is: Prioritize clear communication. Whether it's between the two of you or with your vendors, ensuring that everyone is on the same page will make the planning process smoother and result in a day that truly reflects your shared vision. Remember, it's the little details and shared understanding that turn a good event into a memorable one.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One of my favorite personal touches I've witnessed at a wedding was when a couple incorporated handwritten letters to each guest. Instead of traditional favors, they took the time to write a personal note to every individual, reminiscing on cherished memories and expressing gratitude for their presence in their lives. It was an incredibly heartfelt gesture that showcased the couple's deep connections with their loved ones, and it left many attendees, including myself, deeply moved.

7. Voila!: Enjoy reliving the magic of your day through our meticulously crafted videos. :)
What is the most exciting thing you have caught on camera?
The most exciting moment I've captured on camera was when the younger girls took photos of all the Bridesmaids & Groomsmen. Witnessing this blend of the old with the young was genuinely heartwarming. Seeing the younger generation interact and engage with the wedding rituals in such a candid way was a beautiful sight and a testament to the timeless nature of love and celebration.
What is the one film you wish you had directed and why?
The one film I wish I had directed is "Babylon" by Damien Chazelle. The reason being, it effortlessly captures a spectrum of emotions, from anger and love to power, all woven together in a single narrative. Not only does the story resonate deeply, but its timeless cinematic visuals make it a masterpiece that stands out. The ability to encapsulate so many profound feelings in one movie, paired with its exceptional visual storytelling, is genuinely inspiring and something I would have loved to be a part of.
What is your favourite soundtrack to put to a wedding video?
Nocturne in Paris - Tony Anderson
Describe how you got into videography.
I've always been immersed in the world of storytelling through film. As a child, the seeds of my passion for videography were sown when my brother and I would create our own little films, turning our ideas and imaginations into visual tales. This childhood hobby eventually morphed into a deeper pursuit as I started producing short films. The recognition and accolades some of these films received, including awards, were testament to my growing expertise in the craft.
Later on, I ventured into the commercial industry and had the privilege to work on some of the UK's top commercials, honing my skills even further. However, despite the glitz of commercials, I felt a pull towards something more personal and impactful. This led me to wedding production. To me, wedding videography isn't just about capturing a day; it's about encapsulating lifetimes of dreams, love, and cherished moments. The significance these videos hold for the couples and their loved ones gives it a profound importance, making it a deeply rewarding endeavor. It's this emotional resonance that now drives my career in wedding production.
