Wow
I’m so glad we invested in capturing video footage of the day and Danny was so great to work with - on the day itself and in the run up/follow up. He was seamless on the day at blending in so people didn’t feel self conscious (some people didn’t even realise we had a videographer there he was so subtle!) and ensured that documenting the day didn’t get prioritised over just enjoying it yet he managed to capture so many special moments. The two shorter videos were amazing to have early on to share

Perfect in every way
Danny could not have been better. He worked so hard to provide the perfect record of the day, and really captured the essence and atmosphere of the whole day. As well as brilliantly recording all the key moments, there were so many little moments and interactions that really added to the whole experience. He seemed to be everywhere at once, and yet almost invisible. He took the time to get to know us and understand exactly what we were looking for, and has crafted the most beautiful film for us to treasure for the rest of our lives. We cannot thank him enough for his perfect work!

The most amazing day ever!
Danny was absolutely amazing! We did a zoom meeting initially, went through everything, he kept in contact with us through email up to the day. Then on the wedding day itself, which was 27th August 2023, you wouldn’t have known he was there, he just blended into the crowd spectacularly… he always kept in contact and informed us of what he’d done or would be doing. He was absolutely brilliant and would definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs a videographer.
The video he created took us right back to our wedding day, he caught things we didn’t even notice ourselves - it actually brought tears to my eyes whilst watching it back! Thank you Danny so incredibly much for creating the most precious memories that we can treasure always!

Great Videographer
We are so SO pleased we decided to go ahead with a videographer and more importantly we are extremely happy we chose Danny. We had a video call before the day where Danny was happy to answer any questions we had and listened to what was most important to us. On the day he blended into the background. We got a short clip within days of the wedding, which was great to receive on our honeymoon. Since then we received an 8 minute trailer and a 1h40 video. Danny is incredibly talented, the quality of the video was really good and he just captured the full essence of the day perfectly. It was lovely for us to see parts of the day that we had missed. The way Danny put it all together was beautiful and certainly made us emotional. My family all commented on how amazing the video was too! The day went so quickly, but now we can relive the wedding whenever we want to!! Thank you Danny!!

Amazing
It was a late decision to get a videographer for us, and my partner wasn't really convinced until the day and when we got the video afterwards. Danny edited and sent through our trailer (about 7 minutes) in 4 days!! It was so wonderful to have that on our mini-moon and we are both so so pleased we spent money on this. We were a bit worried how intrusive it would be to have a videographer and we can honestly say we barely noticed. I cannot recommend him highly enough

What is your most memorable wedding?
I have loved filming weddings in either woodlands or Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire. I love woodland weddings with tipis as its rustic, romantic and fun. Blenheim Palace always has a special place in my heart, as in December 2006, I proposed to the love of my life on the Bridge over the Lake.

What about your business are you most proud of?
I'm proud to be able to film on the day and for guests & the couple to not see me most of the day. You capture real emotions that way.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Think about the timings of your wedding. Give yourself enough time at the drinks receptions. This is key if you want to have a drink with your guests. There are three parts to a drinks reception... Group Shots (including family shots, bid group shot and confetti), Couple Shots and chilling out with your guests. I go to a lot of weddings where the couple are stressed because they can't have a drink with their friends. The reasons for this are as follows. 1) Too many guest/family photos (these take time) 2) Too much time away from your quests when taking your couple shots. 3) The distance between the ceremony and reception venue (if they are seperate). Travel time can eat into your drinks reception, especially if the first part of the day happens to be running late.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I think when couples create personal messages as favours for their guests. this can be personal messages or things that show their guests personality.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We believe that every couple should be able to have the opportunity to have a wedding video. We will not only produce a gorgeous wedding video for your special day, but we also will be discreet, punctual, friendly, helpful and above all prepared.
We come prepared for every eventuality. We always bring extra cameras/equipment, we always make sure the audio is the best it can be (with wireless mics for vows and external mics for speeches).

What is the most exciting thing you have caught on camera?
I caught one of the guests proposing to the sister of the bride, Such an amazing moment. (The gent did clear it with the bride and groom first :) )
What is the one film you wish you had directed and why?
I wish i had directed Tolkein's, Lord of the Rings Trilogy as I would have loved to have casted and directed the character, Tom Bombadil into the film. But saying that, the trilogy, in my opinion, is the best bit of cinema in recent history.
What is your favourite soundtrack to put to a wedding video?
I like to edit to music without words, as it creates an atmosphere where i can add in our couples promises to each other.
Describe how you got into videography.
I've always loved movies, so was interested in all the BTS clips I saw. I studied Film Production at Uni. It wasn't until I started filming friends weddings in 2005-2006, that i felt this was it. I found that creating couples love stories and capturing memories of their special day was the most rewarding and special thing I could do. There was no looking back. Weddings were my thing!
