For your wedding breakfast, our award-winning caterers have carefully crafted wedding menus using quality, local produce.
We offer a wonderful range of wedding packages to enhance your celebrations and help make your preparations simple and stress free.
Choose from Silver, Gold or Platinum packages to suit your budget, or get in touch with our team and we can work to create a bespoke wedding package, completely tailored to you. Enjoy chilled Prosecco and canapés served, followed by a four course homemade wedding breakfast with award winning wines and champagne.
For the evening, we offer catering combined with our professional disco and resident DJ to dance the night away - don’t forget free parking too for all guests across the venue.

Travel Notes
York Racecourse is located within a mile of the A64 - one of York's main trunk roads. Please use our post code to get door to door directions - YO23 1EX
Travelling by rail
York is one of the UK's major railway stations and connects with many routes. Fast and frequent trains run from King's Cross, taking as little as 1 hour 52 minutes. There are also direct trains from Edinburgh, Manchester and Birmingham.
Once at the station it is a short hop to the racecourse by bus (frequent service running every 10 minutes) or a 5 minute taxi journey which will cost in the region of £7-8. It is approximately 1.5 miles if you wish to go by foot.

Describe the best wedding that happened at York Racecourse?
I would say the best wedding we ever had is a wedding that is yet to happen. In 2025 one of our couples is planning the wedding of the year and are getting married under our new canopy and having Fish & Chips from our new chip shop for their wedding breakfast. In the evening drag queen's, live music and so much more.
