We are licensed to host Civil Wedding and Civil Partnership ceremonies and can accommodate intimate celebrations from 20 guests through to larger weddings of up to 100 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast. For evening receptions, we can welcome up to 150 guests, ensuring everyone can share in your celebrations.

We had the most perfect day and I cannot thank the staff enough for all of their hard work. The ceremony was beautiful and our room looked stunning. All of our guest enjoyed the food which was a buffet of 3 choices. Myself and my husband where looked after by Sean and Katie who had organised everything perfectly " great job guys". I will never forget Katie being like my little shadow' she was by my side without me even knowing , I always had a drink in my hand and this is a struggle for any bride! Sean & Katie made our special day totally stress free and from the bottom of our hearts we cannot thank you enough. We would 100% recommend The Wild pheasant Hotel to anyone wanting to get married in Llangollen.
