Walcot Hall, is a Grade II listed Georgian Hall built in 1726, and from being welcomed by the wrought iron gates and transported along the sweeping gravel driveway (which makes for a great photo opportunity!); to arriving to revel in the splendour of the Hall itself; every inch of the Estate oozes luxury, romance, and grandeur. Once arrived, a secret passageway tempts you through into the tranquility of the fountain garden, resplendent in lavender and bush roses. With greenery and flora as far as the eye can see, you are guaranteed to feel as though you have been conveyed back through time, to an era in which the hustle and bustle of the technology-driven modern world melts away. Facilities and Capacity Ceremonies at Walcot Hall can be held in several breathtaking outdoor locations, including our popular Enchanted Forest and Secret Garden venues, which can be stunningly decorated to meet your exact specifications. Expecting cooler weather, or looking for an indoor location? Our stunning 18th-century room with Viennese crystal chandeliers and tall windows overlooking the grounds, is perfect for indoor ceremonies. After tying the knot, you and your guests can make your way to the beautiful fountain terrace gardens for champagne and canapes, before moving on to your drinks reception, framed by the tranquility of the fountain and five acres of formal gardens. Wedding breakfasts can take place inside the Hall or outside on the grounds in the marquee, which can accommodate as many as 400

Our Dazzling Diamond package, for up to 200 guests, is the best total inclusive package for your once in a lifetime day. Included is a luxurious marquee, all access to the venue and grounds, choice of an indoor or outdoor ceremony, venue styling, a wedding coordinator with 2x scheduled meetings and detailed itinerary, bridal suite, fairy light bridge, silk floral arrangements, red carpet and crystal chandeliers! Choice of in-house catering or external arrangements, drink packages and a stay for the wedding couple at either Snowdrop Lodge or Apple Blossom Yurt & more! The Walcot Hall Ultimate Dream Staycation Package. Up to 80 daytime and 150 evening guests, we can even accommodate for up to 400 evening guests at an additional cost. This is from a Friday after lunch to Sunday mid-day, with Sunday evening reserved for the wedding couple in either Snowdrop Lodge or Apple Blossom Yurt, with English breakfast on Monday morning. This package includes your choice of an indoor or outdoor ceremony. You also have our beautiful glass-fronted marquee, with a customised layout & seating plan. Light up curtain, behind the top table and a stunning black and white chequered dance floor. Venue styling is included with glamorous chivari chairs and choice of chair sashes, tables and tablecloths to accommodate your guests and more. As part of your package, you will have an on the day wedding coordinator, including two scheduled meetings and a detailed itinerary for your every need. We have a fully-licensed bar and catering tent- with catering and drinks package available upon request. There are 7 bedrooms within the Hall, sleeping up to 14 guests for 2 nights. Apple Blossom Hall can also sleep up to 2 guests and 2 children. Snowdrop Lodge can sleep up to 2 guests for 2 nights. Continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is also included, for up to 20 guests.

We can’t recommend Walcot Hall enough! Cindy, Theresa and all the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them! They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect! Such a beautiful venue with lots of lovely places for photos! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding! Thank you so much everyone! ***** 5 stars is not enough! Wow what a day, sorry for the delayed review, holiday got in the way! Can we do it all again please My bestie had her wedding here last month and all I can say is phenomenal .. location is perfect, venue is incredible and all members of staff went above and beyond! No job was too small or too big! Bar tender was unreal, I think her name was Hannah! Really connected with her customers in a professional manor .. Lovely venue my wife and I had a magical day this is an absolutely beautiful place. Thank-you to Hannah for keeping the drinks flowing and she's a lovely person everyone is. Helen Thank-you so much she made us some lovely personalised napkins that were beautiful with Mr and Mrs Harrison in emerald green our theme this would have taken her time no charge at all. Teresa Thank-you so much the food was out of this world the guests enjoyed it so much after a very emotional time of the year for our fLovely venue my wife and I had a magical day this is an absolutely beautiful place. Wow. What an amazing place. From stepping into this beautiful manor to walking out we was welcomed into this lovely ladies home (Cindy). Staff including the bar tender are very accommodating and friendly. The food was lovely, having afternoon tea and breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Chris and Shanade for inviting myself and my husband to your wedding which meant that we could enjoy this venue and stay at Walcot Hall.Every bedroom is classy and cosy. Stayed here when my friend got married and was blown away by the place. The location was stunning. The wedding was beautiful and the staff had gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
