The Village Hotel hosted our wedding reception and could not have been more accommodating or friendlier, and made the room look beautiful for us and our 48 guests. The food was delicious and the bedrooms were really comfortable. They managed all our requests including our departure by tandem.

Perfect Wedding day

Our wedding reception last week was perfect. Everything from the decorations, communication with staff prior to wedding and on the day was superb. The hog roast dinner was delicious all the guests enjoyed this, we had a club room and the beds were so comfortable. Every member of staff we spoke to from the wedding team to the staff in the bar and grill were helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help make our day as special as it was.We would definitely recommend as a wedding venue.

We spoke at the start of the week but I just wanted to echo J's words and put something in writing to you. I would like to thank you and all the team at The Village for helping to make our event such a successful evening. From the beautiful presentation of the room, to the friendly and attentive staff, to the a wonderful meal. The evening was very well executed by yourselves, thank you. Gemma and Callum were fantastic as was Charlie who served my table so well.

Absolutely Amazing

I would just like to say how amazing Gemma was throughout the wedding. She was in constant communication with me, she had the room set up to perfection. The whole day ran like clockwork she was the ultimate professional. Gemma ensured the timings of the day ran accordingly, she ensured S and I were catered for at every opportunity I really can not sing her praises enough. In fact the whole team she had around her on Saturday were absolutely amazing, very professional but also relatable.
