Located among the scenic Salisbury, Wiltshire, the Stones Hotel makes for a stunning wedding venue. The prehistoric monument Stonehenge and the picturesque city of Salisbury are just a few miles away. It really is a beautiful backdrop for your special day.
The Solstice Suite is an elaborate banqueting room and can accommodate up to 250 guests. It boasts a separate kitchen, bar and toilet facilities from the rest of the hotel and, with its own special entrance, offers privacy that you and your guests will enjoy. There is a gorgeous outside decking area, beautifully decorated with plants and flowers, as well as plenty of outdoor space with fantastic views for your photographs.
There is the smaller Equinox Room, which is ideal for more intimate weddings and can accommodate up to 75 guests. The Equinox's doors open out into an outdoor gin bar & terrace, creating the perfect setting for summer weddings. The Beltane Suite is our smallest, accommodating up to 60 people for a ceremony, and 40 for a reception.
We have forty-four modern bedrooms, a bar and restaurant on site offering exciting modern dishes with vibrant flavours from all over the world and some family favourites with a twist.

Despite the lively atmosphere of a wedding on-site, the staff welcomed us warmly and managed everything seamlessly. Their team truly does it all, and we were especially grateful for Kelsey, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests with kindness and warmth. We has dinner and it was all perfect. Breakfast was fabulous and when spector the staff and saying we had a 6 hour journey, they packed us a little bag with pastries and yoghurt for our journey. I can't recommend this hotel enoughThe hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff are absolutely fabulous. The room was lovely but the shower was amazing. We has dinner and it was all perfect. This a wonderful place, the staff make it a total home away from home, I will be coming back again and again and again. Dog friendly which is great as its hard to find a good hotel who excepts dogs. All the staff from reception to the housekeepers were all fantastic, kind and helpful. I also want to commend Rachel. She was absolutely wonderful, she went above and beyond for me. Room was lovely and comfortable. Ample car spaces. Will definitely stay again. We love seeing aspects of the couple within their wedding. E.g. Their personalised cocktail, their favourite colours or themes, customised letters to spell their name... such an important day for the two of them!

Historic, Modern, Spacious, Scenic and Atmospheric
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Our terrace, views onto the meadow are lovely on a clear day, but even more beautiful in the sunset.

We have had many famous faces in the hotel over the years, and hopefully more to come!

The mini beef burger is always a crowd favourite!

The bacon and veggie baps - an incredible late night snack
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The Gin terrace, a great view to relax with your guests after an day of celebration. Also having a RAF airfield in view. You sometimes, if you are lucky, get to see some of the most iconic planes flying around.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our wonderful team - We love nothing more than sitting down and spending time with a couple and creating their dream day!
