What can I say apart from the fact it was the most amazing day ever and 3 days on I'm still in a happy wedding bubble. I can't thank the village enough for everything they did for us on our Wedding Day, the room the food, the DJ, everything was amazing. From start to finish Donna has been brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for her, even though I changed the itinerary numerous times. Gemma and Dean were also amazing on the actual wedding night, they made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was happy, we've had so many comments from friends and family on what a great day it had been and the atmosphere was just fantastic. Thank you to all the team at the Village for such a special day.

I don't even know where to start! Ok I'll start at the beginning! Donna the wedding coordinator made us feel so comfortable from our very first visit! She explained everything thoroughly, answered my endless questions and really made me feel heard. As soon as we booked, we then had a year to go, Donna answered every single email, and there were a few haha! She was always so incredibly helpful, friendly and reassuring! We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! She made the day run so smoothly and helped us make our vision a reality, and so much more! Thank you Donna! Your hard work and endless patience are outstanding and you are a true credit to Dudley village hotel! Then we met our lovely team for our Wedding Day! From the first second of meeting Gemma she was amazing! With her friendly and happy approach and helpful nature, we all hit it off straight away. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish, listening to how we wanted things, making sure they were done! Keeping in contact throughout the day making sure everything was ok, making sure everyone was happy! She truly went above and beyond! My poor sister hurt her foot a few days before the wedding, and could hardly walk, Gemma brought and ice pack and flip flops for her, and did all she could to help her be comfortable. She was not only amazing with us as the brides but also our guests, making everyone feel welcome, special and truly well looked after, nothing was too much to ask, and we are so very grateful for your kindness and good nature that you showed us. You are an absolute asset to the village hotel team! Thank you so much!! We also had the brilliant Matt and Dean on the team! Who were absolutely wonderful! Making sure everyone was well looked after, helping us to make sure all our guests were fed, holding meals when unfortunately one of our guests had to leave for a short while, but they didn't miss out, they brought their meal to them afterwards, which was incredibly kind of them. They both were so very friendly and nothing was too much to ask! I didn't catch the names of the security team but they were also fabulous! Big smiles, happy faces! Just what you want to see at your wedding! I do like to talk, Donna knows this haha! But I could literally sit here and type for hours about this team! They are truly amazing! And the Inspiration suite where the reception is held, is truly wonderful! Everything you could possibly want is there. Private bar. Separate dance floor. Toilets close by. Private garden with outside seating. We had an absolute blast! And I know our day wouldn't have been half as good without this beautiful place to have our wedding reception and the even more beautiful amazing team that worked their socks off to make it the special day it was for us!! We had our day 12/10/2024 at the village hotel in Dudley and couldn't have asked for anything better. Being a bride that decided to diy everything I had lots of questions throughout the whole process and Donna was great at communicating back and forth with me. On the day all staff were incredibly friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the day was the smoothest, issue free wedding I have ever known. Even the security for the evening were lovely and interacted well with guests. The food was absolutely incredible and the dj included in our package deal was amazing, super friendly and was able to read the room and keep the dance floor going all night. I'd like to give a huge thankyou to Donna, Dean and the whole Dudley Village Hotel team for the most incredible service and for making sure we didn't have one thing to worry about. I will be recommending you to everyone :)

From start to finish we had the most beautiful day! Donna absolutely smashed organising our day from the first time we met until the night before our day unfortunately she wasn't able to be there on our day but left it in the very capable hands of Sophie and jemma. Sophie looked after me on the morning of of ceremony while jemma stayed with us throughout the day and night and I can honestly say she's a great member of your team she really couldn't do enough and kept checking everything was just perfect, all the bar staff and waiters we fab too, the house dj was brilliant making sure us an our guests had such a great reception. From start to finish our day was absolutely perfect just wish we could do it all over again. Definitely a 5 star review. Thank you to you all for making our day the best!

The village hotel have truely been amazing in making my day very special they made the day go so smoothly Donna was a life saver and made sure I was allways kept up to speed In what was going to happen the whole day and helped me when I needed it so I want to say a special thank you to her I also want to say a massive thank you to dean and the bar staff who worked that night who made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night Richard the do did an amazing job and everyone danced the night away I also want to say a massive thank you to Tara and Natalie on reception who made sure all rooms where allocated and helped us when needed it I 100% recommend using the village for any functions needed and will definitely be returning

Myself and my husband got married on 20.07.2024. We were supported every step of the way by our wedding co-ordinator Donna. She was professional, approachable and made the whole process appear seamless. We had several meetings to discuss every last detail and we could reach out at any time if we had more questions. On the day we were also supported by a gentleman called Dean who was lovely. Again very professional and approachable. We would just like to say thank you to all the staff.

Thank you to Donna the wedding planner for her organising and tuning the finer details of the wedding and accommodating our preferences to ensure we had an amazing day. First class service would definitely recommend a wedding at Village Hotel Dudley and also to Gemma for all her help with assisting with all my boxes of favours and bits and pieces of the wedding to ensuring I was happy with all the display of them and ensuring the day ran smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for Gemma she checked on us regular throughout the day. She got me some flip flops as my feet were hurting after the ceremony and it showed that she genuinely did care about people and how she genuinely loves her job. A real asset to the Village hotel Dudley. Also thank you to Dean also did a grand job as speaker. Kept me informed of the order of things on the day and looked after me at the end of the night. You were all amazing thank you from the bottom of our hearts.xxx

A big shout out to The Village Hotel in Dudley for making our wedding perfect. They fitted in with our bespoke requests and dealt with our Spanish guests really well. The food was spot on and the Tapas spread later in the evening was perfect. Donna Blundell (hotel wedding co-ordinator) ensured that all our specific requests were delivered. Gemma, Sophie and Dean at the hotel also contributed significantly to ensure the night ran smoothly and to our desired wishes.

The Village Dudley really did go above and beyond for our special day. Down to every little detail it was simply magical. The rooms were absolutely stunning and looked so different between each room turnaround! Gemma was an angel, nothing was too much trouble. She understood and agreed to everything we wanted and was so friendly and helpful. Everyone loved the food and was so full all day from the delicious wedding breakfast 3 course meal. It far surpassed our expectations. We also used cloud 9 decor (stunning) the photography station (amazing) and dancers suits (top quality) If your considering the Village hotel Dudley as your wedding venue I wouldn't think twice, 100% do it!

We held our surprise wedding reception at the Village in Dudley, and from our first meeting they completely got us and understood what we were trying to achieve. The venue is modern and clean, with all the facilities you need. The team are incredibly professional cannot do enough for you. Donna helped us pull off the surprise of our families lifetime, keeping the secret from everyone until the right time. Nothing was too much for her and the team. Even the security guards were in on it and even told me off the night before for saying it was a wedding… The resident DJ, Richard, blew us away, it was like he was an old friend who knew exactly what we wanted to be played, and kept the dance floor packed. The food was delicious and went down a treat with our guests. It was kept topped up and no one missed out. I cannot recommend the village enough, and we will host future celebrations with them.
