We booked our wedding last year and got married October this year, Donna our wedding planner was beyond fantastic! We wasn’t sure exactly what we wanted to start with then I changed my mind a million times and nothing was too much trouble. Donna sorted everything from start to finish and made our day perfect. Without her none of the evening would have gone to plan. The whole experience was magical and we could not fault a thing! The best day of our lives! She is a star and we 100% recommend The Village Hotel Dudley to anyone. She is amazing.

From start to finish this was a great party. The staff were brilliant. We dealt with Matt, Gemma and Dean personally. They were so helpful polite and attentive. The extra bar staff were great. They were polite and professional. I would recommend this venue to anyone! The food was amazing. And all our guests commented on it. If we asked any staff for anything nothing was too much trouble! The room was tidied up for me and all boxed ready for me to collect the following day. We dealt with Donna from enquiry right up until the morning after the wedding. She was so helpful and knowledgable. Book now! You won’t regret it!

Firstly I want to say a massive thank you, to Donna, Melissa and Dean, and all the staff involved on Friday night. You guys made our surprise evening so magical and special, everything we asked for, the food etc was accommodated, can't believe it's all over, so want to do it all again, many many thanks for everything.

We are Cloud Nine Dream Events, and we are a family business of almost 30 years. The team at The Village are really helpful and have a wealth of experience. Donna and the team are very professional. We go in very early on some days and they are always ready for us. We would highly recommend The Village Hotel, Dudley to anyone who was looking at venues for their weddings.

Where to start 18 months ago, 3 wedding planners later and Donna came swooping in like the superhero she is and all the mess in the file, rooms booked on wrong days etc was all put into order and sorted 🥰 Donna had taken control on another level and stress we have not. ( we are really chilled anyway 🤣) Everything went to plan on the morning, Donna was up and down checking on the bridal party and brought Gemma up to meet us, another amazing lady, kind, friendly, so down fo earth and a piece or us ☺️ gemma helped with control of canapés, drinks, welcoming. So many people said how amazing Donna, Gemma, and Dean all were. 🥰 Gemma had all the meal and everything under control. Slight blip with starter but that was dealt with on a professional and efficient way. ☺️ Dean is such a friendly man and nothing is to much for him. He's got the evening under control and running smoothly. 🩷🥂🤍 Cloud Nine for all decorations are amazing Dj was out this world 💃 Photographer Hannah Chilton Smith was amazing. 📸😍 Videographer was amazing Roxy Jenner 🥰 We danced until the early hours and then an amazing breakfast in the morning. 🤍 All I can say is Dudley Village out did all out expectations and more 😍🥂🥰
