We understand that every single wedding is different and from the initial enquiry to your final detail meeting, we will listen to your requirements and make them become a reality. Our Surrey Barns provides the perfect place for an intimate ceremony under fairy lights and original 15th century beams for up to 70 guests. The Wisley Suite is the perfect room for your wedding breakfast, with high ceilings, chandeliers and plenty of natural daylight. In the evening watch this room transform to your reception room ready to party! The Talbot offers plenty of charm and character and together with our 43 bedrooms and a license for a civil ceremony, you can enjoy your whole day with us. No matter what the size or scale of your wedding, we have the flexibility to work with your budget and advise you how to make your day one that your family and friends will enjoy and be talking about for years. We offer three menus to cater for all your food choices, which range from £39.95 pp - £49.95 pp These are the Vintage (£39.95 pp), Crystal (£44.95 pp) and the Diamond (£49.95 pp) menu packages. Select 1 starter, 1 main and 1 dessert of your choice from your chosen menu. Children are charged £20 for 3 courses from the children's menu. Perfect Day
After our afternoon ceremony at a local register office, we chose to have our evening reception at The Talbot Inn. We were attracted by the rustic charm of the hotel and the flexible options of the adjoining function rooms. They afforded space for guests to dance, watch others dance whilst seated, sit and chat in a quieter back room, eat from the buffet or drink in the dedicated cosy bar area. We also had use of the pub area and the delightful garden before the evening event started. From initial inquiries to finalising our wishes, staff were very flexible and efficient. It all made for a perfect day.

Fantastic wedding venue!
We had our wedding at The Talbot on 6th September 24 and we can’t thank all the staff enough for all their work and efforts in making this the most perfect day. The day ran absolutely seamlessly, the food was fantastic and we have received so many compliments from friends and family on how lovely the venue was and what an amazing day it was. Krystyna our wedding coordinator was incredible from start to finish, helping us through the planning every step of the way. She was absolutely amazing and was always so happy to help, answer any questions I had and put me at ease the whole step of the way. The bridal suite was lovely and the wedding package they offer is worth every penny! Thank you so much

A day more perfect than we could of imagined!
We got married at the Talbot in September, and could not pick one single fault with the day it ran so perfectly and everyone now is still talking about the delicious food! We looked at many venues for our wedding, but the feeling when viewing this venue was unlike any other, we felt so welcome and in a lovely chilled but luxury environment. Krystyna the wedding coordinator, was so friendly and welcoming we knew we could trust her to help with our day from the moment we met her. The day was so much better than we’d even imagine it to be, and the venue could not have done more for us they were so accommodating with all our requests on the day and on the run up too. Also the value for money for the venue is great, the amount of food we had and the professional but relaxed and friendly service from all the staff was great. We honestly had the most perfect day, and Krystyna and the staff at the talbot were very much to thank for this. Would really recommend this venue, it was beautiful (especially during autumn)

Perfect Wedding Venue
Wow! Where do we start? From start to finish, everything about having our wedding at The Talbot was perfect. From the initial reception we received from Krystyna at the wedding fair in a gloomy November day to our actual wedding day and beyond Krystyna, Avand and the whole team including Grace, Lucas, Olivia and all the others who serve is and looked after our guests were truly amazing. The recommended suppliers Ether events and DJ2K ( Danny) made the place look and sound magical. We were looked after the whole day with no stress thanks especially to Krystyna who not only organised everything with such precision but also made every planning visit a joy and personally looked after us both so well on the day it was like having your own fairy godmother. Krystyna made us feel so special as though we were the only couple getting married at the Talbot. She really couldn’t do enough for us. The food throughout was delicious and perfectly presented. We found excuses to return the next few days after the wedding just to soak up as much joy as we could. In addition the beautiful historical building and value for money and dog friendly too make this the perfect venue for a beautiful wedding.

My dream wedding
What an amazing day, beautiful venue, tasty food, attentive hosts. Lovely honeymoon suite. Everything we ever dreamed of and more. The only things I were slightly disappointed in the next day was the wedding cake had disappeared despite me and my husband never even getting a piece and a lot of the decor I provided was not kept for me to take home. Nothing that spoilt or detracted from our amazing day just minor details. Would deffo recommend this beautiful place for an amazing wedding ❤️ lots of love for this place as it shares my married name 💜

The best day of my life!
Myself and my now husband, got married at The Talbot last September and it was absolute perfection! From the start, their wonderful wedding co-ordinator, Krystyna, helped guide us through the process all the way through to our big day. Every single member of staff were brilliant and went above and beyond (especially in the 32 degree weather we had!). Myself and a few family members stayed the night before the wedding and had a lovely meal. I was anxious I wouldn't sleep very well due to nerves, but the bed in the bridal suite was so comfortable, I slept straight through till morning! We also stayed at the hotel the night of the wedding, along with friends and family, to which everyone told us how lovely their rooms were and how well they slept. In the morning we got a beautiful breakfast buffet, which far exceeded mine and my families expectations. As part of our wedding package, we get to stay in the hotel for our 1st anniversary and we cannot wait to go back (My dad also insists on coming along as he loved the place so much too haha)! The Talbot is stunning, well looked after, the food is amazing and the staff are exceptional!
