Your wedding should be as unique as your love story, and at The Roseate Reading, the experienced wedding team is dedicated to creating a celebration tailored to your wishes. From the first stages of planning through to the big day, a dedicated Wedding Planner and expert team will be there to guide you, helping to bring your vision to life while taking care of the finer details.
For your ceremony, you can choose between the Library or Eden Room, each offering its own distinctive atmosphere. The Library provides a warm and intimate setting, with large windows overlooking Forbury Square and an elegant fireplace, while the Eden Room can accommodate up to 60 guests and features beautiful hand-painted floral walls and its original fireplace.
For a more intimate celebration, The Cellar can host up to 14 guests, making it ideal for an intimate ceremony or dining experience. If you would like to continue the celebrations into the evening, the Reading Room can accommodate up to 105 guests, with exclusive evening hire available alongside a selection of evening food and drinks.

We fell in love with the relaxing atmosphere, delicious foods, friendly staff, excellent service. The events staff have all been excellent from the beginning, answering our many questions, organising food tasting, showing us around the hotel and helping with the set-up of the day. The food during the wedding breakfast was exquisite. The chef and sous chef both did an excellent job.We got married here at the Roseate following discovering this place for afternoon tea.
