This price is for the catering per head. Catering includes reception canapes and a wide range of menus - from three course sit down meals to more informal BBQs, Hog Roast, buffets and Afternoon Tea. There are several choices for the evening food. Based on 60 guests (price includes VAT, table linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware for reception and meal as well as waiting staff). A drinks package is available and an evening DJ. The venue hire charge will vary according to the day of the week and month of the year; it includes tables, chairs, indoor ceremony room, exclusive use of the venue and grounds, staffed bar for the evening reception. On-site accommodation available at an additional charge. You can source drinks and catering separately should you wish.

The Reid Rooms Full Description
Located in picturesque Essex countryside, The Reid Rooms is a wonderful venue for all seasons, comprising a selection of handsome weather-boarded barns surrounding an attractive courtyard. Set against a stunning rural backdrop and with beautiful gardens, complete with moated Farmhouse accommodation, our venue provides the perfect setting for your wedding day.
Licensed for civil ceremonies, held in either the stunning beamed Ceremony Room or outside at The Meadow Pavilion or Garden Pavilion during the summer months.
We can offer field hire for those of you looking for a festival-style wedding, with or without a licensed ceremony location.
We pride ourselves on our flexibility. You may bring in any supplier of choice, including caterers, and provide your own wine and Prosecco for the day, all with no corkage charge. There is a fantastic package option too. We run a fully staffed licensed bar for the evening reception.
The venue can accommodate small, intimate weddings or more extravagant celebrations of up to 150 guests for the wedding breakfast. We can accommodate up to 200 for the evening reception.
