Venue Hire
Venue hire at The Queen’s Club is calculated at £14 per person.
Deposit
In order to secure a room on your preferred date we require a deposit to the value of the quoted room hire charge.
Food and Beverage
The Club has its own in-house kitchen and therefore we do not permit customers to bring or consume external food on the premises.
Pricing varies depending on your menu choices. A three course menu starts at £50 per person, canapes at £28 plus your wine choices.
Please note that a Set Menu is required for all functions and events however we do endeavor to accommodate all dietary requirements. If you are concerned about food allergies (for example nuts or dairy) please contact us directly for assistance when selecting the menu. We would be happy to discuss personal preferences and requirements.
Final numbers for your event must be confirmed no later than 72 hours before an event (for functions taking place on a Sunday or Monday, by midday on Thursday). The final numbers provided will be the minimum number of attendees charged to the final account, regardless of any less attendees. Any increase in attendees will be charged accordingly.
With regards to beverages, the Club has a fully stocked bar and a comprehensive wine list to choose from.
