The Quays is the most perfect location, the most fantastic food and the staff treat all guests brilliantly. We were thrilled with all the prepatarions leading up to the wedding, the taste trial, all the assistance the day before and everything was perfect on our day and with our stay (breakfast was lovely set up for us too- attention to detail at all times are amazing). We had the most perfect wedding day at the Quay Hotel. The venue itself was lovely - beautifully decorated and spacious rooms with breathtaking views of the estuary. Staff were great, from making sure all arrangements were in place for our special day, to ensuring that everything ran smoothly on the day. The wedding breakfast meals were outstanding, so many of our guests said that the food was the best they had ever tasted at a wedding! So many compliments on the beef. Thank you!!

We had one of the best day EVER at the Quays! It couldn't have been more perfect if we had tried! The venue was beautiful and the weather on our day made it even better! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond for us! The food was something else, not one bad comment we heard from our guest regarding the food, it was amazing! All in all I would 100% recommend to anyone that thinking of getting married here! I booked the venue 3 years in advance and definitely was not disappointed. Thankyou for making our day so special 💓

As my wife had searched for hours and hours for our special venue the quay hotel popped up late one evening. As we left the A55 and Conwy castle came into view the hairs on my neck started to stand - turning across the railway crossing and through to the hotel I knew Vicky had stumbled onto something special here. We had a walk along the waters edge prior to our initial meeting, the hotel just keeps giving. On this visit there was a wedding on and we were lucky enough to see the wedding rooms fully dressed and the views across the water to Conwy and the historic castle. We sat in the bar having a coffee with the wedding planners and chatting about the options etc. On the way home that day (75 miles) as we set off Vicky tentatively asked me what I thought ? As a small tear grew in the corner of my eye I knew Vicky had nailed it and suggested we make a second appointment and set a date. The correspondence from this point until the wedding was second to none, making the whole occasion as stress less as possible. On arrival prior to our wedding day we checked in to the honeymoon suite - fantastic room - fantastic views - just perfect. Vicky had chosen perfect local business's to dress the room- make the cake - disco - magician and fun packed photo booth. Moving on - As I stood all alone looking out of the window awaiting the entrance of my bride to be - I actually had to pinch myself to ensure it was real - Vicky walked in to “ you set my world on fire” as I turned to look with glazed eyes I knew how lucky I am to have found the perfect partner and fantastic location to join our lives. We booked our wedding at the Quay in 2019 because of the stunning location and views, the hotel is beautiful and the lobby is just amazing. Due to Covid we had to postpone several times and the wedding team, Lauren in particular were fantastic. A big mention must go to Sean, Jane and Brede also who made sure we and our guests were reassured and supported throughout. We finally got married on the 1st of May 2022 and it was an amazing day. We have had nothing but compliments on the food, the venue, the smooth running of the day and the hotel. A large number of our guests stayed and loved the rooms, used the pool and facilities, many of them having their first visit to Conwy. They have all said they will be back again We have stayed several times at the Quay since 2019 and will definitely be back again and again. Highly recommended an Estuary view but the courtyard rooms are equally as lovely, the spa also gave one of the best couples massages we have ever had. We can’t thank the team enough for all their support and care over the last 3 years and we hope to see them again soon.

We had originally booked our wedding at the Quay Hotel in the summer of 2020. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we were forced to re-schedule and finally got married at the hotel on our third date in December 2021. From the get go, the hotel’s staff were so supportive and understanding in what was a very difficult time. They went out their way to ensure that we could have the wedding we had always dreamt of, and that is exactly what we had. Our wedding day was absolutely magical. The location was perfect and the hotel was stunning. Everything went smoothly and as planned, it was clear that the staff were very experienced and brilliant at their jobs. The food we had at our wedding breakfast was outstanding and all of our guests had an amazing time. Thank you so much to all of the staff at the Quay Hotel, nothing was too much. A special thank you to Lauren, the events manager for being there for us throughout, and making sure that everything was perfect on the day. We highly recommend the Quay Hotel for weddings and to stay. The penthouse is amazing and the breakfast, beautiful. We can’t wait to come back soon to this very special place.

We booked our wedding in 2019 but due to the pandemic we had to reschedule multiple times however we finally had our day last weekend The day was amazing from start to finish nothing was too much trouble for all the staff at the quay from front of house to the waiters etc everyone was amazing Lauren the wedding coordinator kept in touch throughout nothing was to much trouble especially as I asked a lot of questions so thanks to Lauren for making my vision come true On the day Jane looked after us she was so commited to making sure we had the best day making sure the food went out on time and dealing with suppliers on the day I think Jane has an eye for detail and ensured the day ran smoothly Thankyou so much Jane ! The food was amazing everyone was so impressed we had been fir a food tasting and we weren’t keen on the soup bowls but that was no trouble they were changed for bowls of our choice The rooms very lovely the only thing we missed in the penthouse suite was a full length mirror I didn’t see what I looked like untill the lobby not a big issue but for brides it would be a bonus ! The views are insane and it was such good weather all day couldn’t have asked for more All in all we had the best day and felt like we were treated like royalty by all staff members at the quay Thankyou all so much xx

Last Saturday myself and my husband got married here and it was truly amazing! The staff did everything to make our day perfect, nothing was a pain for them and they made us feel out of this world! The food was amazing and all our guests kept telling us how nice the food was! and the venue is something else, we were lucky to have such nice weather but even if we had rain the venue still would have been amazing ❤️ so thankyou to all the staff for everything you did for me and my newly husband ❤️

We had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding day at the The Quay Hotel in Deganwy on 1st September 2022. After visiting this hotel and spa for weekend breaks since 2015, we knew this was the only venue we would ever want to get married at and didn't even consider anywhere else even though we live 3 and a half hour drive away. We cannot fault the hotel staff right from the beginning of planning our big day. Thank you to all the team who helped us with our many important decisions As a bride and groom we felt we had planned our wedding well, but it didnt occur to us until the day that we are completely in the hands of the hotel team to ensure the day goes smoothly and timings are right etc. A huge thank you to Jane, Shaun, Lauren, Katie and Sophie . Jane and Sophie you were amazing on the day, Our family and friends said how friendly and organised the day was. (Thank you from us as the bride and groom for keeping us stay calm too!) The wedding breakfast meal was perfect! A huge thank you to the chefs on the day. Feedback from our guests were that it was the best wedding meal they had ever tasted. What made our big day too was the attention to detail and the small things that meant so much to us. The groom forgot his belt and happened to bump into a staff member who quickly took off his belt to lend him without saying a word. Thank you Dominic! Top service! Katie who was so thorough in making sure our table plan and decorations were exactly how we wanted them. We are excited to come back next September to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We got married here in May 2022. It was amazingly smooth running and I felt very relaxed on the day. Everyone was so impressed with the venue and particularly the views from the wedding room and the food was all delicious.
