The Oak Barn is a beautiful wedding venue in Devon situated within beautiful rural surroundings, with endless photo opportunities. We are an exclusive use weekend wedding venue. We are 'venue only' so couples can organise a unique wedding with the suppliers of your choice (though we are happy to make recommendations). An incredibly beautiful set up, amazing location

As soon as we saw the Oak Barn we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. An incredibly beautiful set up in an amazing location. Katharine and John were hugely helpful in the planning process and nothing was too much trouble. The weekend was incredible, this was made all the more special by Katharine and John going way above and beyond for us. John and Katharine did so much work behind the scenes which allowed us to have the best wedding weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect.

If you have a satnav, then the postcode you can use to find us is EX6 6LF. However, if you are travelling to us from Exeter on the A30 then most satnavs will tell you to leave the A30 at Woodleigh Junction and come through the village of Cheriton Bishop. We advise against this, as this route involves driving through a maze of country lanes. We recommend that you leave the A30 at the Whiddon Down Junction as described below.
