NEW for 2021, The Meadows offers a 3-day exclusive use hire rate which includes 10 acres of beautifully manicured grounds and wild grasslands with a 200 guest seated capacity in whichever stylish structure you decide to hire. The grounds are ideal for tent, tipi and yurt celebrations and boast a glamping field to create the ultimate wedding weekender if you decide to hire bell tents and shepherd huts. We have an experienced, award winning event management team for all the planning support you will need as well as an extensive list of recommended local and national suppliers and also offer on the day coordination. We do not charge a corkage fee should you decide to supply your own drinks for the daytime and have an in-house cash bar available for your evening reception.

From the moment we set foot on the grounds we fell in love with The Meadows. It was the perfect setting for our wedding reception. A blank canvas to get creative and really put your own mark on a special day.. Annabelle and Andi were so attentive and helpful throughout the planning process and made sure our day ran smoothly. I never thought I'd meet anyone as organised and as much of a perfectionist as me until I met Annabelle. Every detail was covered which allowed us to sit back and enjoy our day. . We feel so honoured to be the first wedding hosted at such a stunning venue. Our dreams really did come true! . My husband and I, along with all our guests had the most magical day. We could not recommend The Meadows enough! It was the perfect venue for our wedding and we had many compliments from our guests. We chose to have our ceremony under the oak tree in Freddie's Field which was just beautiful. We then chose to have our reception in giant tipis. We loved that there were different zones and areas to explore at the Meadows - all perfectly maintained and looked after!. Annabelle was amazing from start to finish! She is very experienced in the wedding industry and this shines through as she guided us through the wedding process. Annabelle responded swiftly to emails and WhatsApp messages and what was really lovely was that she shared our enthusiasm and excitement for all things wedding.. We loved that the Meadows was a bit of a blank canvas because this allowed us to create a personalised day that suited us both. It can be an intimidating thought but don't let this put you off! Annabelle was there to help us as little or as much as we wanted. During the planning process we were given a list of recommended suppliers should you need any help on where to start. On the lead up to the big day we had a planning meeting too, Annabelle ensured that everything was thought about and planned for which really helped put our minds at ease.. On the day, Annabelle worked behind the scenes to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The day went by perfectly! Highly recommend!!We could not recommend The Meadows enough! Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

Our own! We are a husband and wife team with extensive hospitality and event management experience so we knew what we wanted and how to make it happen which is why we want to give you the opportunity to do the same, with a little help from us!

We had an on-site blessing in which I walked down the aisle to the sound of live bagpipes followed by drinks and canapes accompanied by the sounds of the acoustic Acafellas, we had a cow as a guest(!).......we could go on! This is the best example of what we are offering, an exclusive use outdoor blank canvas venue where we encourage YOUR imaginations to run wild and aim to turn them into reality.......

Follow your hearts and what matters to you, it is your wedding day and you should have what you have both dreamt of. Do not people please, your guests will love whatever you organise because it will be a true reflection of you as a couple.
