Venue Hire costs are based on holding you Wedding Reception and Evening Dance with us. Our Room Hire for your Reception is based on your total day time adult numbers - this is complimentary when you have over 80 adult day guests. Wedding Dance Venue Hires are priced on application.

We offer a range of Sample Menus for your Wedding Breakfast, along with creating your own Menu. We are always happy to go the extra mile for our Weddings and even if it's not the usual Scottish Wedding Menu. Our couples are also invited along to a Wedding Tasting to ensure they are happy with their menu choices.

We believe that your Wedding should be as bespoke as you! All our Weddings are priced individually and tailored to your choices. Once we know what you are looking for whether décor, menus, drinks and accommodation - we will price this up to show your total amount. Our Average Weddings for 2020/2021 are around £75.00 per day guest - this covers the ceremony, celebration drink, meal wine, menu and evening Buffet, based on 80 day guests.

We are truly blessed and impressed at our meet and greet at The Mansfield Hotel Elgin. I have to say that Ella really made us feel welcome and took dedicated time to make us feel special. Ella discussed all the fine details to make our dream day turn into a reality! Having viewed other venues nothing appeared to have that special feel or warmth. Ella totally inspired us to book at The Mansfield knowing that nothing would be too much trouble. The Mansfield Hotel has a personal sentimental attachment for us. We met back in Sept 2017 for our first and second romantic date. We had a tour around the premises and we were given a brochure to take home which laid out all the information discussed in detail. We look forward to hearing from Ella.

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

It lasted 3 days, with a pre-wedding family get together in the restaurant for 50 guests the night before the big day; the wedding day itself was a wonderful day filled with celebration; on the 3rd day the happy couple and 100 of their guests had a BBQ outside in the walled garden. It was a wonderful weekend for family and friends to get together.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Book the venue, book the band, and book the place/person you want to marry you first, then get your Dress!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

We do so many personal touches from transporting a wedding guest to the church when they were left behind, to sewing up the brides dress after the bestman stood on it at the dance, even to laundering a bridesmaids dress after an unfortunate drink spillage! We go the extra mile to ensure everyone has an amazing day.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

Lots of great photo spots for any photographer, but I particularly liked the one taken on top of the Grand Piano! The steps at the front entrance always make a good spot for multi elevation shots as do the steps into the walled garden.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

Yes, many times.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Blinis or Haggis Bites

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Butcher Mini Pies or Macaroni

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The residents bar can stay open by prior arrangement until 2am, which stocks over 200 Whiskies
