The Inn at Whitewell

Just a quick note to say thank you for letting us host our wedding at the Inn at Whitewell and for all your help ahead of, and during, the day. We can’t believe it is a week ago and it truly lived up to all our expectations. Thank you to you both and all the staff that made it a spectacular day - it was very easy for all our friends to comment on the wonderful setting, but they specifically commented on the excellent service from all the young guys and girls on the day

How can we begin to thank you...? The Inn, the food, your personal attention to detail all made the day wonderful. We couldn't have wished for more. Everyone enjoyed the day and everything you did as much as us. We couldn't be more grateful.

My friend James Malcharek got married at St. Micheal's this weekend and the reception was held at the Inn. I wanted to drop you a quick note to say that your team did a superb job at keeping us all very well fed and watered. I spoke to a member of the bar staff who suggested that renting out the whole building is a fairly new offering - from the perspective of guest experience it really added to the feeling of the day. In addition the frosty conditions and flutters of snow following the service

Excellent Such excellent service by the team at the inn at Whitewell. Nothing is too much trouble , every one works so hard to ensure your expectations are you met and you leave with fabulous memories. The food is excellent and can be sublimated with a glass or bottle of wine from the comprehensive list . Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

A surprise visit there, to celebrate a special occasion. The food & drink were spot on, could not have asked for more🙂🥂🍷🍻

Good morning Charles I wanted to write to you personally to ask if you would please pass on our “appreciation and gratitude” to all your team, following what I can only describe as one of the most amazing weekends of my life, as we joined our daughter Olivia, now our son-in-law Ryan, granddaughter Isabelle, family and friends at the Inn, to celebrate their wedding As Father of the Bride, my job was to ensure that everything was just perfect for the couple on the day and I need not have worried, as we were in the very safe hands of Andrea from your Wedding team. From the moment we paid our holding deposit 2 years ago, Andrea and her team have managed our booking with great care and attention to detail and even the most miniscule of questions have been answered and/or resolved for us: - we really couldn’t have been in safer hands Although the Wedding team were superb, I wanted to highlight your other departments for their time & effort in contributing to our wedding celebration: We arrived on mass at the Inn last Friday lunchtime and welcomed instantly by your check-in staff, who accommodated where possible, early check-ins and made us feel so important and comfortable: - thank you Your bar staff then carried on looking after us, as they accommodated my request with a platter of sandwiches, not part of the lunch menu, but regardless, accommodated us. We had a joke and a laugh with the team and instantly felt relaxed and at home: - thank you The afternoon and your Wedding team had already been hard at work, setting up the marquee, that looked spectacular. Andrea personally helped me empty my car with all those additional things we had brought down, she is tremendous😊 Her assistance carried on into the evening, as she accommodated us as a large party that wanted to sit together for dinner, making us all feel so important On the morning of the wedding and as a parent of the wedding couple, I was up very early. All I wanted was a pot of tea and your early morning team accommodated me with kindness and professionalism. I sat at the window of room 6, taking in the view and all was well with the world. Breakfast was fantastic and all the restaurant staff looked after us all so well, with 1 member of your team even giving me a positive weather forecast for the day: - absolutely fantastic bunch of people. The team were also busy looking after the bride, bridesmaids and mums with continuous room service as they got ready: - thank you all The wedding arrived and back into the safe hands of the wedding team. I never thought that any wedding would beat my wedding to my wife Jo, but this one “knocked it out of the park”!
