Autumn Wedding
Thank you to The Hoste for an incredible autumn wedding weekend. From our very first contact with the Events Planner, Jade, we felt well looked after and well-prepared for our big day. As soon as we arrived at the venue to set up the day before the wedding, we were met with extremely helpful, courteous and considerate staff who made us feel welcome. As anyone has ever planned a wedding would understand, there are a 101 thing which could go wrong on the day. However Jade and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our day went smoothly and that we and our guests had the best possible time. We can honestly say that our wedding was everything we could have hoped for. We have had so many wonderful comments from our guests telling us it was one of the best weddings they had been to. Thank you for helping to make our wedding day a spectacular and enjoyable experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough for those who want to make their big day a special affair to remember.

We had the perfect day!
We had our ceremony and reception in the Garden Room and the Walled Garden at The Hoste and we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue. From our first visit and leading up to the day, Jade and Lisa were great; listening to our plans, answering questions and making suggestions to help with planning our day. We fell in love with the light airy Garden Room on our first visit and though it was winter we could see how lovely the Walled Garden would be.

We would not hesitate to recommend The Hoste as a wedding venue. Jade, the wedding planner, was always on hand throughout the planning process and her and the team ensured that the day was perfect! The Hoste with the MOST!
Wow! Where do I start with this amazing venue?! We recently had our wedding ceremony here as well as our wedding reception and I can honestly say it was the best day of our lives! Jade has helped us organise our dream wedding… nothing was too much trouble and she always understood our vision. She was so responsive on emails and always there when we needed her. Our day ran so smoothly and just perfect! All of our guests have commented on how great the service and food was.

Treasure of a Venue
We chose Hoste as we had stayed for a weekend away and the food was delicious. We didn't realise until we were venue hunting that they did weddings and what a treasure of a venue it is. Jade, the events manager, was super helpful and organised in the lead up to the wedding and perfect on the day too - she clearly knows her stuff! Your room for the day is separate from the main restaurants etc, and is a beautiful space - we got married on a rainy November day and it still felt bright (plus the in built fairy lights made it feel very cosy after dark). Food and drink was plentiful and all delicious - a menu tasting is included in your price. The pricing also felt reasonable (especially out of season). Overall, everything was exactly how we imagined our special day to be, everyone was so friendly and our guests had the best time too.

Excellent wedding at The Hoste
We had an outstanding experience with our wedding at The Hoste. The venue, in particularly Jade were excellent communicators and planners. Meticulous detail and thought meant we could relax and enjoy the day. Jade's prior experience of managing large weddings made our day a breeze. The staff were brilliant from management to the chef and wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were committed to making every step special. We chose to order A-la Carte. The food was exceptional in taste, volume and quality with the chef adding little touches here and there. We had mixed weather on the day which meant a few last minute changes which was taken out of our hands and dealt with smoothly and efficiently. Our guests and ourselves wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Hoste as a wedding venue. We'd do it again in a heartbeat. Enjoy your big day whatever you decide x
