We work on a minimum spend basis and that will vary according to the date and venue you choose. We do not charge for venue hire. The minimum spend is made up of both pre-ordered food and drinks along with any additional items consumed on the night. This means after your pre-order the remaining amount can be spent as a cash bar or bar tab. ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE: • Dedicated wedding coordinator to help you with your special day. • Exclusive hire of the venue • Furniture, linen, crockery including glassware and tea lights. • Cake stands and knife, name cards and table numbers. • Complimentary tasting for up to 4 people. • Cash bar facilities if required.

We are finally coming back down to earth and just trying to process it all. The day was absolutely perfect. More than we could of ever dreamed of. I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work in making it happen, along with all of the Happenstance team especially Dan. The service and food was excellent. The venue looked stunning. Jesse was spoilt rotten as usual. I am still a bit lost for words about it all!

We want to say a huge thank you for hosting our wedding party at the Happenstance! We all had an amazing time and it went super smoothly. Everything was beautifully presented and our guests were very impressed with the venue, we had many comments on it! The food was excellent and everybody enjoyed it a lot. What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

As hard as it may seem, this day is about you. Whilst I know that it can feel a bit overwhelming when trying to please every guest, but that is what we are here for. We try to do our best to ensure you are looked after as a couple, as well as each guest getting the personal Drake and Morgan welcome. Try to relax and enjoy the planning process, and everything will all fall into place.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

The best has got to be when one of our brides had her pug as her Ring Bearer - He did a very good job!

We hold a Ceremony License for up to 80 guests, so you can enjoy your entire day from ceremony, through to reception and dancing in the one space, in an area steeped in history and overlooked by the iconic London landmark that is St Paul's Cathedral.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

The service we offer to each of our couples and their guests. Whether you are having an intimate wedding through to large weddings of 800 people, we ensure that each and every guests is looked after. We spend a lot of time with our couples carefully planning every aspect of their big day, which we love to do!
