This means you have more time to arrange the fun items and personal elements of the special day to make your day unique to you and memorable for your guests! PACKAGE INCLUSIONS: • Drinks reception — two glasses of prosecco per guest • A selection of canapés • Three-course wedding meal with coffee and mints • Half a bottle of house wine • A glass of prosecco for a toast • Room hire • Menu cards • White table linen and napkins • Duck-egg blue conference chairs • Hire of our silver cake stand and knife for the day • Decorative table centre mirrors and tea light candles • Stage and dance floor • Event Manager on the day WHEN BOOKING FOR 50+ GUESTS WE ALSO INCLUDE: • A complimentary Deluxe Sea View room on the wedding night • Menu and wine tasting for two people • One complimentary car parking space for 24 hours CEREMONY: Some wedding couples like to have everything in one place whereas others prefer to hold the ceremony offsite at The Brighton Band Stand, Royal Pavilion or Brighton Town Hall. Should you wish to host your wedding ceremony with us, this is the only room hire cost applicable should you wish to add this on at £750. You will still need to arrange the legal registrar independently. We are flexible on evening catering options should you wish to add this onto your booking with a recommendation of at least 80% of your final evening guests are catered for from our base snack package of £5.50 per head for midnight bacon/ egg baps or a full buffet at £20 per head ACCOMODATION: Wedding accommodation for guests can be included in the contract should you wish at a preferential selling rate and unique booking code in accordance with your booking. LOCAL SUPPLIERS: We also work closely with local suppliers should you need recommendations for; photography, bands/dj's, floristry and event decor.

It was perfect
We stayed at the Grand for four nights for our daughter’s wedding in Brighton It was perfect. Even though we only booked a standard inland double it was large and beautifully appointed. And at an offer rate of £99 per room per night including breakfast - a bargain. The hotel is, well, grand, but very nicely refurbished blending old and new seamlessly.

The day itself was amazing
We got married in March. Charlotte organised our special day she was always in contact to help us and only on end of phone to answer any questions. The day it self was amazing the staff were outstanding and nothing was ever to much trouble. They were friendly and we had amazing feedback from our guests about how amazing they were. The food was unreal we had a roast and everyone was saying best wedding breakfast they had. I just want to say thanks for making our special day so perfect. Would 100 % recommend the grand and can’t wait to come back and celebrate our anniversary

Amazing wedding night
We stayed in honeymoon suite, it was spacious and well decorated. We really loved that bath in the room. Our server Nacho in breakfast was really smiley and attentive. All staff were really polite and welcoming.

A credit to your organisation
I just wanted to pass on my gratitude to the staff who were serving food for a wedding meal for Humza and Kaleigh in the evening on the 24th February. We were staying in room --- and unfortunately for a number of reasons my wife and children could not stay downstairs to enjoy the lovely food for the wedding. However, one of the members of staff who was serving was extremely helpful and took it upon herself to take each meal up to my wife and children. Not only was this very kind, it also transformed our experience of staying in your hotel and meant that we had a lovely stay. I cannot over emphasis how professional, friendly and supportive she was and was a complete credit to your organisation. My only regret is that I did not get a chance to tip her and thank her personally as I suspect that she was too busy serving all the other guests. Please accept my gratitude and I hope that this feedback could find its way back to the people who served the food – thank you Barry

Beautiful and amazing
I stayed at the Grand Hotel for two nights in January, for my daughters wedding. My stay was superb from the moment I stepped out of the car. The two gentlemen door staff were first class and were the most helpful and friendly they calmed me on what was a stressful afternoon. The wedding coordinator was there even though we had never met offering support too. The sea view rooms are absolutely stunning, inland room which we were in not as stunning but very clean neat and very nice too. The wedding took place on Sunday at the hotel and I honestly wholeheartedly can say everything was spectacular my daughter was not bothered with anything the staff took care off everything for managing the suppliers off flowers to musicians they were fantastic. The service from every member off staff was first class and I loved every minute off a normally stressful occasion. I wil definitely be going back as I loved it there all I can say is amazing xxx

Superb experience
Very enjoyable overnight stay. A real treat. We attended a wedding & our group of friends all stayed. The standard of accommodation was very good & the staff (especially the concierge service) we’re friendly and helpful.
