The location is perfect! The location is perfect!
We had the most perfect evening and everything went brilliantly well. The room looked amazing and everything was set up perfectly. The staff were all fantastic, really helpful and friendly and just made everything run smoothly. We chose the Riverbank as we have always had a fab time when we've been there and the food and staff are great. The location is perfect being by the river and central for everyone to get to and from. I'm so glad we held our twilight ceremony with you, it was more than perfect. We had the most perfect evening and everything went brilliantly well. Thank you for your email. Claire and I had an amazing day despite the wet weather! Thank you for everything you did for us prior to the big day. The way the room was laid out and decorated was really nice and it worked well with the top table being along the back wall. Everything seemed to run seamlessly from our arrival, through to the speeches, food service and beyond. A lot of guests commented on how good the chip butties were in the evening as well. Claire and I will have no hesitation in recommending The Gallery/The Riverbank in the future and beyond. Fantastic memories. Thank you. Thank you for your email. The location was perfect...The location was perfect...
The location was perfect, the venue was a great size and is decorated in a simple way that allowed us to add whatever we wanted, the staff was extremely helpful and always at hand for anything we needed on our wedding day. Love the location, such beautiful views. Perfect size for our wedding party. Great organisation and communication. We didn't stress or worry at all as we knew they all in hand. Made our day perfect. Claire and I had booked another venue for our Wedding but cancelled our booking because of bad press and unsatisfactory communication. We then chose the The Riverbank and it turned out to be the best of decision. From the moment of initial contact up to after the Wedding we have had impeccable service. My wife and I would recommend the Riverbank with out a second thought. The events team were faultless. Everything was organised as we had requested. Great venue. Delicious food, beautiful cocktails. Really convenient location for family to get to. We had a brilliant day, the team did a great job of turning the room round quickly and getting food out. Really beautiful location by the river where we got some amazing photos. Food was superb. On a hot day, the air conditioning was very welcome. The team decorated the room for us and did a brilliant job.
