We cannot thank The Bay Tree Hotel and their Wedding & Events coordinator Laura enough for making our wedding day so incredibly special. From the very first meeting, their enthusiasm and communication was great. Laura kept us updated throughout the entire planning process, answering all our questions and guiding us through every decision with patience and professionalism. We felt so special on our day, the staff were so attentive to myself and my toddler at breakfast before the ceremony and all throughout our stay and our visits to them beforehand. Laura's attention to detail was amazing. She had so many thoughtful touches that made the day even more memorable - from a glass of Prosecco she had ready for us after the ceremony through to picking out such fun Halloween-inspired sweets for our sweet table that our guests loved. The venue is beautiful, we were lucky with sunshine in late October but there would be plenty of photo opportunities even if we couldn't make it outside. The day ran seamlessly, guests were guided where they needed to be and the hotel atmosphere was exactly what we had wanted for our day. What really stood out to us was how fantastic the hotel and whole team were to work with - everyone we spoke to was helpful and kind. Laura was always approachable, calm, and genuinely happy to do anything she could to make our day perfect. Whether it was last-minute requests or adjustments, Laura handled everything with a smile. We could not recommend The Bay Tree Hotel and Laura enough!

We recently celebrated our wedding at the Baytree Hotel and it was a magical experience. We fell in love with the Bay Tree Hotel as soon as we saw it and booked it for our wedding day. It exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived on the Friday all the staff where so welcoming and friendly we felt so relaxed to be at the bay tree for the weekend. our wedding day was everything we had dreamt of and this is all down to the staff. We got married on the 22/06/24 and all our guests are still saying how much of a lovely venue it is and how good the food was everyone had so much fun we really wish we could do it all over again. If you are thinking of viewing this wedding venue you will honestly fall in love, we would highly recommend anyone wanting to get married to choose here! Mr and Mrs Curd xx

We booked our wedding at the Bay Tree as the vibe we wanted was a big party in a country pub, and that's exactly what the venue delivered! It's a beautiful place in a stunning location with accommodation on-site and nearby which made everything really easy for our guests. Our ceremony was at the Catholic Church at the top of the hill which was only a 5 minute walk away so it was ideal. Our day couldn't have gone smoother, and that's all down to the fantastic team at the Bay Tree who were so on top of everything. Particular thanks to Becky who knew what we needed before we even had to ask. She was so reassuring and allowed us to enjoy our day without any worries. We loved every second of our day and wish we could do it all over again!

We had the most perfect wedding celebration at The Bay Tree. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team were so welcoming, warm and considerate. It is such a beautiful intimate venue room the gardens to Bedrooms and rooms to host a wedding. It was perfect for us. A special thanks to Laura who coordinated our wedding from the ceremony to the celebration meal. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more professional, warm, friendly person who made our day so special. We had every confidence in Laura right from the start. We hosted our wedding at The Bay Tree Hotel in February - we had exclusive use and had 40 guests. Everything related to the venue was just fantastic - the spaces are just gorgeous and it was exactly what we wanted a weekend where all our guests could stay and we could celebrate. The venue is well priced for the area and the payment process is smooth giving you plenty of time to space out payments. Laura was absolutely amazing in the run up and made sure she knew all the details we wanted. The run up and the day ran so smoothly thanks to her and the Bay Tree team - all of who were so wonderful and kind on our wedding day and any time we encountered them beforehand. The food, the drinks, everything was fantastic and as we have seen guests over the past 6 weeks everyone has been glowing about the Bay Tree - from the venue, the food, the staff - we all loved it and it will always be a very special place to us. Thank you Laura and the whole Bay Tree team!

We cannot overstate just how brilliant the Bay Tree Hotel was as a wedding venue. From start to finish, Laura, Becky and the whole team were a complete joy to work alongside making the process totally stress free, extremely fun and really really special. They made us genuinely feel like we were the only couple they were working with and the most important wedding in the world! In the run up, Laura replied to any of my emails or questions almost within the same working day and was on top of the entire process for us. The day was exactly as we had hoped, our parents were completely relaxed and so impressed by the staff. My VERY particular Grandfather who used to work in Hotel management himself told me 'everything was perfect'. Laura and Becky especially were incredible. So much so that my friends were all talking about how the staff were the best and such great value. We had a 60 person winter wedding and the stunning oak beams, stone flooring and open fires made it feel absolutely magical for a Cotswolds wedding. It was an intimate venue and honestly felt like it was our own home for the 24 hours we were present. Our golden retriever padded around without her lead on and sat under the table for dinner as if she was at home with us. Our meal was just gorgeous, the food was stunning and copious. We love generous portions! Perfect wine and the speed of the service was excellent. Everyone served at the same time and the courses running beautifully to schedule. We had a blast dancing in the conservatory to our band and then we had asked the Bay Tree if we could do After Party Karaoke in the bar which was a total highlight. Everyone was singing and dancing until late! The bar staff were chanting 'One more song' by the end. We want to thank the Bay Tree Team for creating completely magic day for us. We will never forget it and know how much work, experience and professionalism goes in to making weddings work this well.
