The Balmoral Hotel

We had an amazing day and everyone enjoyed the celebration.

The transition from each element of the wedding was seamless. The food was amazing. The evening was perfectly set up. The band were very happy with the facilities and the welcome they received. The hotel itself, as one would expect, is amazing. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and courteous. There is not a single thing I would change about our wedding day at The Balmoral. I do not think anything could have gone any better. we will remember the day as nothing short of perfect for the rest of our lives.

Every member of staff we had the pleasure of meeting during both the wedding day and the planning process were excellent and incredibly attentive. The service we were given was outstanding and all of our guests were so impressed with the professionalism of every member of staff up to and including the general manager Mr Cooke, who personally met Lucy at the front door and assisted her into her wedding car - these touches made such a big difference and we are both very grateful everyone made us feel so special. Our wedding breakfast was amazing and we are still getting compliments about the food. We both felt completely relaxed knowing that ourselves and our guests were well looked after. If we could pinpoint what made the Balmoral such an amazing place to have our wedding it would be the kindness and attention to detail that was evident throughout the whole process. We cannot thank everything enough for making our wedding so special and we are looking forward to coming back to the hotel in the near future.

We cannot believe how lucky we were to have had our wedding at the Balmoral. From the first contact to checking out the morning after, the whole experience has been an absolute pleasure. All of the staff we interacted with went out of their way to make sure our day, and the run up to it, ran smoothly and that we had an amazing time. We’ll treasure the memories of our wedding for the rest of our lives and we cannot thank everyone at the Balmoral enough for making it so magical.

it was the best wedding ever! The Balmoral was the most stunning venue with five star service from start to finish. Every step of the way we were looked after by supportive and accommodating staff. We've had so much feedback from friends and family to say it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to and that the wedding meal was one of the best meals they've had anywhere! And we would agree with that. The hotel itself was a true joy to stay in. Such a treat and we couldn't have been happier the way they provided what we needed for our 8-month old baby boy and for us. It is everything and more than you imagine it to be! A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay and our wedding absolutely unforgettable. Our wedding reception was better than we could ever have dreamt of. Everyone was amazing and we can't speak highly enough about you all.

On behalf of myself and my new husband (!), we want to say thanks to you and all the staff that made our day so special. The evening was faultless- the dining room was beautiful, the food was 10/10 and the staff were fantastic. Everyone had such a lovely time. Staying at the hotel was such a lovely treat too. Our experience at the Balmoral was just the perfect cherry on the top to the perfect day. The service from waiters to front desk to concierge... impeccable!
