Many features of the former baths of the Spa & Hydro hotel are still preserved and make Aquam bibe so special today. From steel water pipes that brought the “health-giving” spa water into Clifton, to beautiful stained glass windows, marble staircase and details of tile floors. All the weddings held in our venue are the best, as every wedding has and will be unique and special.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Do not go to too many Wedding Fairs (4 max) as you will be overwhelmed with all the available things you can have.
You will be stressed before you have even begun your wedding planning.
As for venues, try and see a good variety so you can decide what you would like to have as each venue will offer something different. I would say 2 of each types.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The little things that make up the venue the best and the wedding to be different from another wedding. It's the simple touches like, ribbons tied on a napkin,
favours laid in a certain way or just making sure everything on the table is perfect and all the same.

The Events terrace. You have the stunning view of the bridge and in the evening we have our festoon lights with the bridge lights on too.

What part of your business are you most proud of?
The event space. Showing the couples the space after going down the grand staircase always makes me proud to be working for the hotel.
