Surrounding the Manor House, you'll discover beautifully landscaped gardens, sweeping lawns, a rustic fairy lit barn and a modern marquee, seamlessly connected to create a wonderful space for your celebrations. With four stunning ceremony locations to choose from, both indoors and outdoors, you have the freedom to create a day that feels entirely your own.
For those wishing to make the most of their celebrations, our charming one bedroom Coach Cottage provides the perfect retreat for bridal preparations and a romantic stay on your wedding night. For additional accommodation, our beautiful seven bedroom Manor House can sleep up to 22 guests, allowing you to enjoy an unforgettable countryside escape with your closest family and friends.

The team at the venue , special shout out to Lois , were incredible and couldn’t do enough for you . Lois helped me through every step, right from the begining enquiring about the venue, right up until me walking down the aisle . The scenery is beautiful l, and the surroundings are peaceful and tranquil. I truly couldn’t recommend this venue enough. X I got married here at Swarling Manor 3 weeks ago, and it was the best day of my life! The team at the venue , special shout out to Lois , were incredible and couldn’t do enough for you . Lois helped me through every step, right from the begining enquiring about the venue, right up until me walking down the aisle . Perfect for those that want to with the perfect blank canvas to add any colour or style to. An absolutely huge thank you to Jess and the whole team. We had such an amazing day everything seemed to run so smoothly. Even the next day when we went to collect our belongings the clear up team were so lovely. Thank you again to everyone involved in making our postponed wedding an wonderful day with so many fantastic memories.Absolute stunning venue, really doesn't need much if any decoration at all. The whole day from start to finish was seamless, the grounds are breathtaking and there are so many little areas where you can explore too! My friend chose to get married outside on the grounds, and have the food and evening party in the barn and marquee. Everything just felt so elevated and beautiful!I was a guest at a wedding here and I must say it was absolutely incredible. We had such a wonderful day for our daughter's wedding. Their care and attention to detail was very good and the Staff looking after us were relaxed and friendly. We couldn't have hoped for more. The food too was excellent. The grounds and gardens are wonderful and everyone, especially the children, were able to enjoy them. So thank you Lois and Team.Lois and her Team have been amazing!
