We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Swancar Farm Country House. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful, and our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of and more. A huge part of that was down to Rebecca, our wonderful organiser. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish and made the whole planning process feel so easy and stress-free. She put together the order of the day and made sure everything was planned perfectly, and on the wedding day itself, she made sure everything was in the right place and running exactly as it should. I genuinely didn’t have to lift a finger! Rebecca was always one step ahead, making sure every little detail was taken care of so that we could simply enjoy our day and take everything in. Knowing that everything was being handled so professionally gave us complete peace of mind and meant we could focus on celebrating with our family and friends rather than worrying about timings or logistics. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with so much character and beautiful surroundings. Every part of the day flowed brilliantly, and the whole team worked so hard behind the scenes to make everything feel effortless. We will always have such special memories of our wedding at Swancar Farm Country House, and we cannot thank Rebecca and the whole team enough for making our day so perfect. Swancar was just the most perfect wedding venue for our wedding day. Hayley and the rest of the team were brilliant. Hayley was there when we needed any help. I stayed over the night before the wedding. I would highly recommend the stables. The space is big enough for the bridal party to get ready in. The food served on the day was perfect and everyone loved the food they chose. I would highly recommend Swancar as a wedding venue to any future couples Swancar was just the most perfect wedding venue for our wedding day. Hayley and the rest of the team were brilliant. I don’t really know how to start this email, how on earth do we thank you for the best day of our lives?? I cried when it started and I cried when it ended, everything was perfect! If there was one day that I had to relive every day of my life for the rest of my life it would be our wedding day. The staff were amazing, the food was amazing the venue is stunning. It went flawlessly and we can't say enough positive things about it. The organisation was on point, I was not worried at any point during the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and the food was gorgeous! Every single one of our guests had the best day and that is all I ever wanted from our wedding. Can’t recommend Swancar enough. Right from the first look around till the morning after the wedding then were amazing. So helpful and accommodating especially with having to postpone due to Covid. Do you allow dogs?

yes, we do allow your furry friends to join you for your photographs along side your drinks reception, however they are not allowed in the venue :)

Do you allow corkage ?

As we have our own two staffed bar facilities, we do not allow for corkage, however if we do not stock something that you would like, we can try and source a small amount of this in for you.

what time can guests check in ?

Guests can check in from 12.30pm 1 hour prior to the earliest ceremony.

Do you have to use all the accommodation?

We have 11 bedrooms available and you or your guests can just pay for the rooms occupied. There is no minimum.
