Shilstone House

The Venue Hire Fee includes the use of: East Courtyard, East and West Halls within the Georgian Country House, the Grand Passage, the Great Room, West Gardens and South Facing Lawn, Shilstone Mughal Marquee (with all fixtures and fittings such as wooden floor, lighting, white cotton draping, oak-panelled bar, catering tent and more), Walled Garden, Orangery and Orchard. Civil Ceremony hire fee is from £5.45 + VAT per head and this also includes the use of your chosen ceremony space within this price. Those choosing to marry in a church need not consider this price, as it is not applicable.

All catering and drinks charges require VAT to be added. The Shilstone Kitchen is excellently suited to provide a range of different cuisines to meet the needs and tastes of all wedding couples, creating a menu bespoke to your requirements and budget. We can offer sample menus and would be more than happy to discuss your food and drink options. To provide an indication of prices, we can offer canapés from £10.00 + VAT per head and a three-course served wedding breakfast from £42.00 + VAT per head. DRINKS We offer a variety of options to suit every need at Shilstone. Our standard drinks package is £16.95 + VAT per person and includes reception drinks for 1.5 hours, 1/2 bottle of wine per person during the wedding breakfast and a glass of prosecco per person for the toast. PLACE SETTING HIRE AND SERVICE CHARGE: Shilstone provides you with all you need for your drinks reception and wedding breakfast. This includes high-quality cutlery, plates and glasses, ice buckets, plain white china and crisp white linen, tables (round or rectangular), Shilstone’s own phantom chairs, cake table and wedding cake service, stands for your table names and numbers. We provide wedding coordination services during the build-up to your wedding, all lighting, all ground staff including car parking stewards, taxi/transport management, end of evening departure stewards, and our excellent House Manager. Our Place Setting and Service Fee combined is £22.75 + VAT per head.
