Our dream wedding
We'd like to say a huge thank you to our wedding coordinator Beth, and the whole Sandburn Hall team for making our wedding dreams a reality. Beth was so amazing, always ready to help out wherever she could and answer our questions. You're an absolute star! We held our ceremony in Sandburn's beautiful rose garden - it was truly perfect. The food was delicious and the day ran so smoothly without a hitch. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much!

I wish I could do it all over again!!
From the early stages right up to the day itself everything went exactly to plan thanks to Laura our wedding coordinator. She was very experienced at her job and helped us every step of the way. Laura was great at keeping in contact with us all the way through. She answered my emails straight away which meant that I didn’t have to stress about anything as she was able to deal with any issues that came up. We would like to thank Laura Stephenson for being the best wedding coordinator ever and all of the staff at Sandburn hall who made our wedding day so amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they did everything that we asked for. I would highly recommend Sandburn hall to other couples wanting to get married in the York area without hesitation. The location is fantastic, the food was amazing, the staff were very experienced and helpful and the venue is the most beautiful place for the ceremony and after party. The staff are brilliant and friendly
Ashleigh is an incredible wedding coordinator and really puts her heart into her work. She clearly loves what she does and cares about things being done well. The staff are brilliant and friendly and the venue is beautiful. We especially loved the bar staff who worked our evening reception, they were so happy and friendly - lots of our guests commented on how nice it was to see that they were enjoying themselves as much as we were.

We loved every minute of our wedding day
We loved every minute of our wedding day and it ran so smoothly thanks to all your hard work. All staff were polite and helpful and we felt that they couldn’t do enough for us. Our venue stylist commented that it was one of the most organised venues she has ever worked with! Honestly we don’t think you could have done anything better, we can’t thank you enough for the most perfect day! All of our guests were commenting on how amazing it was!

The most perfect wedding venue
This was our second wedding that we photographed at Sandburn Hall in 2019 - we always love coming back. It's such a wonderful wedding venue and whenever we get booked to go back to work there, we are so pleased! The team are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure the couple has the very best day ever. Sandburn Hall is also so beautiful inside and out and is perfect for photos - we love it! If you book Sandburn you will not only have a fantastic day but also give your photographer the opportunity to capture beautiful moments in superb surroundings. We honestly couldn't have wished for a better day
Wow, what a fantastic venue and a fantastic day. The team at Sandburn were so accommodating and helpful. On the day itself we did not have to lift a finger and the staff took care of everything, including decorations. A large number of our guests made comments about what a beautiful venue it was and how amazing the staff were. We honestly couldn't have wished for a better day
