- PPeter Hawkins22/10/2024Autumn Wedding @ RSAAutumn Wedding @ RSAWhat an amazing venue and RSA team. The whole day went like clockwork, staged by the brilliant Sarah N-L and her team. The way the property is set out facilitates a huge amount of re-staging of flowers etc in different places invisibly. It was quite magical. The formal rooms are exquisite and the vaults below set a perfect end to an evening. The food again was definitely fine dining! We worked with Wild at Heart Flowers and Lyndsey Goddard for photography - two other perfect choices on the day! And we had blue skies and sunshine too! What more could you wish for!What an amazing venue and RSA team. The whole day went like clockwork, staged by the brilliant Sarah N-L and her team. Sarah has been phenomenal from day 1, super organised and detailed and welcoming and has been tremendous help to me the whole process. On the day she was super involved and had everything in order, so we had nothing to worry about! She goes above and beyond the scope of the usual venue coordinator, and we felt so at ease knowing she is there for us. I can tell that she genuinely enjoyed what she does and loves wedding and is having a great time, and such a positive bubble of energy to be around - I adore her! The venue is stunning, and the food is amazing. All our guests were happy and well fed, which was my absolute number 1 priority. There is more space than you can actually use, and they let us utilise the spare rooms for storage, for a kids room, and even room for kids to sleep. We had our ceremony in Benjamin Franklin room, wedding breakfast in Great room and party in the Vault, and each room has such a unique vibe that is hard to tell we were in the same venue! Overall we had an absolute blast, and would like to 100% recommend the RSA, and will forever look back with fond memories.My husband and I just got married at RSA last weekend, and it was such a dream come true. Amanda, the wedding planner, was very attentive and answered questions promptly throughout the planning process and on the day. Many of our guests commented on how great the venue was, with the party space in the vaults being a particular highlight. We had an unforgettable day and we are very much happy to have chosen the RSA for our wedding venue. We had a fantastic experience getting married at the RSA house. It was the first and only venue we went to view and was exactly what we were looking for in a central London venue. I loved that the whole wedding could be carried out in the same building...and each space was beautiful ... All the staff on the day of the wedding were very professional and made sure the day went smoothly. The food is the best food I had ever eaten at a wedding...We got married at RSA House in February and had an incredible time. It by far exceeded our expectations. The grand staircase in Reception is a perfect spot for stunning photographs.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The underground Vaults, with their exposed brickwork are a fantastic party space for guests after experiencing the grandeur of the traditional rooms upstairs.
Do you have to use our recommended suppliers?
You are, of course, welcome to work with suppliers of your choosing, but the partners featured here have been carefully selected for their professionalism, reliability and the wonderful experiences they consistently create for couples celebrating at RSA House.
What are you not allowed to have at RSA House?
We are a no open flame venue.
We are a no smoking or vaping venue, it will set off the fire alarms and as cool as it would to have firefighters save the day in a movie like heroic fashion, we'd prefer a much smoother less interrupted flow to your special day.
Are we accessible?
We are happy to say, we are able to provide step free access. We have 3 lifts in the venue that can be used by guests to get to every room they need for the wedding.
Is there a sound limit for your evening party?
Lucky for you there is no sound limit in the Vaults. You can party away into the early hours of the morning with loud music from your entertainment supplier.
Please just be respectful of our neighbours when out for some air or leaving at the end of the night.
Can you use external caterers?
Catering at the RSA House is prepared onsite by our contracted team at Company of Cooks with crafted and delicious food and drink. Executive Head Chef, Brian Fantoni and his team apply the utmost attention to detail, ingenuity, and imagination to dishes they deliver. Passionate about bringing people together through food, Brian aims to lift spirits and leave people talking. All our menus are produced using sustainable and ethical ingredients, from small, local, and independent suppliers wherever possible. When creating events at the RSA, we have created catering packages so that each client really gets the most out of their experience and leaving guests talking about the event.
We can provide kosher friendly for a few guests for events with the help of our partner Hermolis, unfortunately our kitchens have to operate for various events and a working café therefore we cannot cater for strictly kosher events.
What's the latest you can extend to?
Our licence carries us to midnight as standard in your package. You can extend to 0200 if you'd like to party into the next morning.
We will assist you with the application for the TENS Licence through the Westminster council.
