At Roundwood we aim to help you celebrate your special day in style and without stress.
You, and your guests will have exclusive use of the function facilities and yours will be the only wedding here. So your wedding is our top priority too. We have the flexibility to help you create a bespoke wedding day. Come in and discuss your ideas for your day, your way..
We are also aware that everyone has their own budget and it is easy to get carried away with all those little extras that soon add up so we have put together some discounted “all in” packages which even include the Ceremony room hire.
As an approved local Norwich wedding venue you can have your civil ceremony here followed seamlessly by your reception.
Roundwood is located in attractive woodland ground and is the perfect local wedding venue, with ample parking and stunning views over the Wensum Valley making it a lovely setting for your photos and Reception.
You will be surprised at just how flexible we are whether you want a full sit-down, three-course meal with elaborately-dressed tables, a low-key finger buffet, or just bangers and mash, the choice is yours and we will be happy to organise it all for you. If you’d like your wedding to be a little more casual or festival style, we offer Hog Roasts or maybe a chip van for you to enjoy with your guests. This can be for your Wedding Breakfast or Evening Reception – its your day, so your choice. And for dessert? We can even arrange for an ice cream van to arrive to your choice of chimes!

Fautless...truly outstanding experience
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married & have it all in one place.
My wife & I had our wedding at Roundwood Function & Conference Centre on Sat 23rd July 2022.
Faultless. Beautifully situated in amazing woodland.
The manager Luke Howard was superb in everything he did before & on the day. He truly created a perfect day. Thank you.
Excellent food (main meal & buffet) & drink. The service was impeccable.
Mark Middleton, the resident DJ at Roundwood, is a must. He kept the guests entertained all evening, thanks Mark. You read your audience well!

A million percent worth hiring this venue
I had my wedding at Roundwood Function & Conference Centre Saturday 11th June 2022.
The venue and woodland surrounding was amazing. Luke Howard the functions manager was outstanding in everything he done to make our day perfect. Excellent service, food and drink, the layout of the venue. It was the most perfect day ever. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married and have it all in one place. The disco entertainment was fantastic. A big thanks to Mark Middleton who is the local disco entertainment man that Roundwood recommend. All in all the overall experience at Roundwood was seriously outstanding. A million percent well worth hiring this venue. Very happy with everything.

Our wedding here was just a dream!
Luke and the team at Roundwood are truly wonderful. My husband and I were welcomed in opened arms from the very first meeting we had back in 2019.
Luke worked tirelessly to make sure our big day was just perfect and boy didn’t he do an amazing job. The day was perfect! The food was delicious. The in house DJ kept all the guests dancing all night. I can’t fault this venue or thank you guys enough.

We could not have asked for a better venue
Where to begin?!
We recently had our wedding at Roundwood and we could not have asked for a better venue.
Luke is such an amazing person and worked so hard to make sure that our special day was exactly how we wanted it. He kept me (the bride!) as calm as he could on the wedding day and was really fantastic through the planning process, even when we had to rearrange due to covid. On the day the rest of the team were welcoming, accommodating and really looked after us and our guests.
Roundwood is perfect if you want a relaxed, family friendly venue with great food and the most amazing views for photos.

Memories that we will treasure
I don’t even know where to start!!
After having to cancel our wedding with 6 weeks To go due to covid and lockdown in 2020, I couldn’t fault them with anything at all. We both had the best experience exactly how my new wife had Imagined it. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth day. Especially Luke who kept us informed during lockdown and on the day he made sure everything ran smoothly.
The food was fantastic for the wedding breakfast and the Buffet was amazing with a great spread catering for all ages and tastes.
With great music supplied in house from the venue.
All in all WOW we had a very special day with some memories which we will treasure.
