Description
Rossie on the Earn is a family-run, exclusive-use wedding venue on a 250-acre farm beside the River Earn in rural Perthshire, about an hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews. Your booking covers 2.5 days with no other event on site. Rossie Byre, converted from a working farm byre in 2021, seats up to 160 across three connected spaces. It has original stone walls, timber trusses, a log burner, a dance floor and a fully stocked bar, with two courtyards looking across the Earn Valley to the Ochil Hills. It is a blank canvas, so the layout and styling are yours. Add the 15-acre woodland gardens for your ceremony, drinks and photographs. Paths run past lawns and bridges to a Victorian walled garden, a sunken garden and a summer hut, and Forgandenny Parish Church is a five-minute walk away. Stay on site in the farmhouse and four cottages, which sleep 20 and are booked with your hire. Choose your own caterer, florist, photographer and music, and bring your own wine and fizz (corkage applies).

- LLibby and Chris13/01/2024Amazing venue Amazing venueWe had the best day ever at Rossie on the Earn for our winter wedding in December. The setting is perfect inside and out and as a result of the recent renovation to the stunning old farm buildings the space is so well designed for every part of your day. We had the log fire on all day to create a really warm, cosy atmosphere and our guests all loved it. The fact that there is accommodation on site for the bridal party is also a huge plus, meaning the bride and bridesmaids had to walk less than 1min to get to the venue in the morning. Scott the venue manager is also amazing and a huge part of what made our day go so well. He truly goes above and beyond in the planning stages as well as on the day. 10/10, highly recommend! Rossie's mature gardens have been immaculately looked after and provided the perfect romantic back drop for a wedding celebration.
