Our converted barn will provide a rustic backdrop for your special day, with private surroundings, verdant scenery, and golden fields. - Our rural venue has modern renovations to provide utmost comfort in a pastoral setting, making it an ideal spot for your big day. Bachilton Barn combines chic design with an idyllic atmosphere, creating a unique experience for wedding celebrations. - Bachilton Barn has two luxury yurts and five cottages that can accommodate up to 40 guests for two or three overnight stays. The barn itself has been remodelled and can provide a blank canvas for all kinds of wedding themes. - Inside you can expect to find high ceilings with exposed wooden beams running through the room. The spacious dancefloor and entertainment facilities mean you and your loved ones can party into the night. - There are several areas throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors, that can also be used for your ceremony, reception, drinks reception, and more. - Outside you can find luscious fields which create a scenic background for your wedding photos. A large wooden gazebo can be used for your photography session or as a rustic platform where you can say ‘I do’. - Fun games and festivities can take place on the lush lawn. Pricing at Bachilton Barn is designed to be flexible, ranging from simple Twilight Weddings, Two or Three Day venue hire packages. Our Twilight Packages are designed to be inclusive of everything our couples may need for their wedding day. Available Jan-Apr & Sept-Dec, midweek and weekend in 2027 and Jan-Mar & Nov-Dec, midweek & weekend in 2028. Moving up, the venue and accommodation packages typically range from around £3,450 to £14,485, offering venue hire for two or three days, along with on-site yurts for up to 12 guests, with the option to add cottages to increase capacity to around 40 people. For those looking for better value, selected remaining dates are offered at similar price points but often include additional elements such as accommodation. Across all options, couples benefit from use of the venue’s indoor and outdoor spaces, furniture, bar facilities, coordination support, and key amenities, with the main difference in pricing reflecting the length of hire, level of accommodation, and how much of the wedding is included and managed for them.

We had a great day. The venue is great- lots and of space inside and outside. The team was very helpfull,nothing was a problem. The cottages were just what needed as we had a polish side of the family staying there as it was so convenient and they enjoyed it very much. I cannot thank enough Bachilton Barn for an incredible wedding. The location is just outstanding and the team only makes the place even more amazing. From the early days of planning Ellie, our coordinator, was so friendly, attentive and easy to communicate with. We went back and forth with few enquiries and we were always treated with patience, understanding and great advice. The Barn is so beautiful on its own. You honestly don't have to do much to it and it will look stunning on the day. We decided to add a simple decor outside and in mainly with couple of flower arrangement and small flower vases and candles on the tables and it was superb. Having the farm onsite and distillery there only adds to the decor as well as gives many idilic photo locations. The barn has lots of props in the storage and some came in handy for us for table decor. I think this speaks lots about how kind the team is at bachilton. And this goes beyond and up to the management was the owners, James and Suzie, were keen to hear if we've had a great time which was very thoughtful and kind. The team at Bachilton Barn make it for easy to get in touch with suppliers through the multiple open days throughout the year where we booked our vocalist and catering company. We found that Bachilton Barn has a unique feature which we didn't see with other venues. This is their on site accommodation. We rented all their cottages and yurts, which made it very cost efficient but was also such nice touch for our guests to save transport time before and after the wedding. The cottages are spacious, clean, cosy and the jacuzzis were a hit with our guests. Ellie you are a gem! Softly spoken, always calm and extremely efficient Ellie is one of a kind and we cannot be more grateful for her. She kept the day running smoothly, printed sitting plans and speeches for us and even helped with decor on the day. We cannot thank you enough Bachilton Barn team and to Ellie for making our wedding day so amazing! We cannot recommend you enough. From the initial meeting to the big day, Kayleigh and the team have been super responsive and helpful. Everyone was so laidback and accommodating, which made wedding planning so much easier and stress-free. The venue and the surroundings were stunning and ticked all the boxes for us (it's dog friendly!). Despite having a major wardrobe malfunction on the day, it was just a blip as everything else went so smoothly. Kayleigh was truly the MVP - she immediately stepped into action in helping to fix the dress, which reassured the bridal party. I can't thank her enough for helping save the day and to the team who ensured everything went to plan! From the initial meeting to the big day, Kayleigh and the team have been super responsive and helpful. Bachilton Barn is an absolutely beautiful venue, but what made it truly special was how warm, welcoming, and intimate it felt. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. We wanted our day to feel less like a traditional wedding and more like a weekend away celebrating with our favourite people, and Bachilton Barn brought that vision to life perfectly. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the venue, with so many saying it was one of the nicest wedding venues they'd ever been to. We'd also like to give a huge thank you to Kayleigh, Ben, and the entire team, who went above and beyond to make everything run seamlessly. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel completely looked after from start to finish. If you have any hesitations with booking a more DIY venue then please let me push to go with it because our wedding at Bachilton was everything I imagined and then some! This really did feel like such a personal day and working with Bachilton made this process so easy, from the suppliers they recommend to support right up until the morning after. We couldn't recommend Bachilton Barn enough for a wedding - the venue was so beautiful, and so easy to personalise. We loved the layout with different rooms and we really liked the fact that there was so much accommodation on site. Kayleigh, Ellie and all the team were so quick to answer questions, help out and were so friendly throughout the whole process on the day itself. The whole day went so smoothly thanks to their help. In the run up to the wedding too, the website was so useful, and the pricing was so transparent - and so much was included in the packages! All our guests keep raving about the location and the friendliness of the team! Best Day EverBest Day Ever
We first saw the venue on a dreich day, where the weather was grey and wet, but we still loved it. We knew if we loved it on such a horrible day weather wise that whatever Scottish weather threw our way on the day, we would be happy. Our wedding day ended up being the hottest day of the year and Bachilton looked stunning. Kayleigh was fantastic at keeping everything running smoothly on the day. Bachilton has lots going for it but what really made the decision to choose Bachilton easy was the people we spoke to throughout the process, the informative website and good communication. We are so glad that we chose Bachilton and we hope to be invited to a wedding there in the future because it is just such a lovely place to be. My husband and I had our wedding at Bachilton Barn this month. We were the first outdoor wedding they had this year!! I can’t begin to express how special it was. Kayleigh and the team at Bachilton were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out her way to make sure we were comfortable and organised. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I can’t recommend enough!!! My husband and I had our wedding at Bachilton Barn this month. We were the first outdoor wedding they had this year!! I can’t begin to express how special it was. At every stage, the team were so helpful and lovely; no question was a daft one and their knowledge and guidance about the venue, suppliers, timings, coordination....everything really, was invaluable. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and so much of the credit for that is thanks to the venue itself and the wonderful team there. Having the accommodation on site allowed us to have our nearest and dearest with us the night before and the morning of, which was very special. Not having to rush away on the Sunday was a great bonus too! Being able to make the space your own is great fun and not too much work as the features and fixtures already in place are beautiful. On the day Kayleigh kept everything running perfectly; she's calm, knowledgeable and so thoughtful. In the evening, it was great to have Ben on hand to look after us. To be fair, everyone from the Bachilton team was so lovely. We'd get married there again in a heartbeat. It was the best day of our lives.
