I just wanted to drop you an email to thank you for all your help last weekend. Eddie and I had the best weekend of our lives and a lot of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to. This has a lot to do with you, Mollie and the team who worked tirelessly all weekend so we didn’t have to worry about anything. You are a credit to the Dine franchise and I hope they realise what an asset you are. Please pass on my thanks to Mollie.

It feels weird messaging you now our wedding is all done and dusted and the wedding blues are just starting to hit! I hope the season is starting to slow down a little for you and the team now and you all get some well deserved recharge time. We would like to thank you and all the team at Rise Hall for such a magical and momentous wedding reception. Our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how seamless the day ran. We feel incredibly lucky and grateful for such a wonderful experience from start to finish. And our beautiful chopping board is in pride of place in our kitchen 🙂 Thank you again for everything!

We had our wedding at Rise Hall and the team were amazing from start to finish. Kim, our Events Manager, is truly outstanding at what she does - her attention to detail is phenomenal! Nothing was too much of an ask - the team did everything possible to ensure we had the best day. The venue, rooms, food, drinks, service - everything was beyond what we could have wished for. Rise Hall will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we could not recommend the venue enough.

Just a quick email to say a huge thank you to you and your team at Rise Hall for making Izzy & Jack's wedding this weekend so magical. It all ran so smoothly and was an amazing day. I know Izzy and Jack are still on such a high. Many thanks once again to you all.

First of all, I just want to say a massive thank you for the BEST WEDDING! Joss and I absolutely loved every single minute of it, it went so quick! I can’t believe it! I would do anything to do it all over again! Everything was amazing about it, the food, the staff, the service! I’ve got major wedding blues at the moment haha!

To Kim and all at Rise Hall, We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and the whole Dine team for making our day truly magical. We had the most perfect day celebrating with our family and friends and that was down to all the hard work and organisation that goes on behind the scenes. The wedding planning process isn’t easy when you’re 4000 miles away but we always felt at ease knowing the Dine team were on hand to help. Everything went so smoothly and our guests even commented on how wonderful the atmosphere was throughout the day. We will definitely be raving about Rise Hall and the team to anyone who will listen! I just wanted to say on a personal note, thank you for being on hand when my Nannie fell ill. It was a very scary situation but your assistance and calm nature made things easier. We're back from mini-moon and finally back down on earth after the BEST wedding weekend we could have possibly imagined. And SO much of that is down to you and your team. Where do we even start?! From the first planning meeting when me and Joel had zero clue about planning a wedding, to us slowly getting to grips with it and then us throwing all sorts of ideas at you, nothing was ever stressful or a problem - it was honestly all a dream working with you! Meeting Mollie was also fab and you put all our minds completely at ease when we came to see the venue with our parents too. Then it came to the actual wedding weekend, and WOWWW you guys surpassed everything we already knew about you. Again, so calm and stress-free throughout (even though I'm sure it was stressful behind the scenes!), always checking that we're okay, dealing so well with us asking for things and none of it being a problem - whether it was bringing champers up to the room or unexpectedly needing to locate a table for beer pong - there was nothing you couldn't do at the drop of a hat. Even staying up on the first night when people were late and making sure they had food, you just went above and beyond, and we can see it's so genuine. Also just having little chats with you, Mollie, Olga and Judith at random stages throughout the weekend was so lovely! Jess behind the bar was fab too! Sooooo many people commented to both of us and to my parents about how amazing the team at Rise are and pointing out different people, I honestly lost count. You guys were all part of our family and friends for the weekend and that's so special. There really aren't enough thank you's for all the things that we noticed you did for us throughout the weekend, we just want you to know that we appreciate it all more than you can imagine. I've heard horror stories of wedding coordinators at venues, so I will be very much boasting about what an amazing experience we had with you and the whole team. I could honestly go on and on forever! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND MORE - YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Me and jay just want to say a massive thank you for the wedding of our dreams we are still on cloud 9. It was perfect. All the staff were outstanding so thank you so much.

Goodness me, where to start?! The venue absolutely blew us away from the very beginning. Rebecca was absolutely amazing, showing us around and helping us see the vision and the flow of the day and even helping us keep our little girl entertained, who was months old at the time, so we could enjoy the experience. Once we booked the venue and Kim took over, everything was seamless. Kim was so patient, answering all my questions, helping me with all my ideas and helping us create our dream day. The night before when I dropped off all our décor with my bridal party and my mum, she walked us through everything and making sure everything would go exactly where I visioned it, adding suggestions to enhance things even more. On the wedding morning Kim kept coming to check on us, helping us with evening we needed. She kept checking if I needed anything, making sure I was okay and not too overwhelmed. She walked me through everything, smoothing my hair, fluffing my dress, making sure I ate and drank and helped guide us where we needed to go. Everyone commented on how amazing Kim and all the team were. Our day wouldn't have been as perfect if it wasn't for them. So the biggest thank you ever to all the team at Rise Hall, but especially Kim. I wouldn't have been able to pull off the day of our dreams without her.
