Within the historic 17th Century walls of Pythouse Kitchen Garden is a private party paradise where every magical element of your wedding is provided by Mother Nature herself. With an ever-changing riot of colour as the backdrop and with menus and decor harvested that very day, each wedding is a totally unique occasion. Guests enjoy hand-picked produce, the flavours of homegrown food cooked outside over a wood fire, abundant freshly picked flowers and stunning natural surroundings. We believe that nature is the ultimate host. We invite you to revel in nature.

Thanks for your interest in PKG. Our Victorian walled garden venue is a private party paradise where we have teamed up with nature to provide each element of your wedding day. Everything from the wonderful produce on your menu to the beautiful garden-grown decor has been nurtured and cared for throughout the year and is harvested on the morning of your wedding day, just for you and your guests.

The setting and ambiance at Pythouse Kitchen Garden is truly lovely. Amazing decor inside and undercover and the garden is looking amazing! What a great lunch. The ambience/venue was outstanding and the food was excellent. We especially appreciated how the menu was seasonal and based on the produce from the garden. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

This place is simply incredible. The setting is rustic and pretty, the food is AMAZING and the staff are so friendly. I would 100% be returning and I have already told lots of friends to get themselves a table there.

The team are amazing, super welcoming and warm. The restaurant is warm and cosy with a rustic feel which is refreshing. The food, well, outstanding. Great quality products, seasonally sourced, perfectly executed and large portions and the option to take away leftovers.

What an amazing place! The food was outstanding, the service friendly and helpful, and the child and dog in our party were both warmly welcomed. The garden is such a lovely space, even in December, and the interior is so warm and cozy. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience it is to eat here. Stunningly beautiful setting. Staff attentive and the food - just wow. The combination of flavours work so well together from the starters right through to desserts. Good value set price menu as well, considering the amount of food you get. Thank you Pythouse staff. Wonderful venue. Very good food. Very well presented with pretty garnishes. Worth the money for three courses. In fact the only down side would be if you couldn't manage three courses, as it's a set price. We felt satisfied but not uncomfortably full. Can't wait to go back with more friends and family :-)
