Welcome to P-H Sleeps 18 Adults (this is including children over 5 years old) can sleep 20 by arrangement. 9 large en suite bedrooms - Ground floor has 1 room with Super king sleigh bed with walk in shower, first floor has 4 super king en suite rooms (which can be twinned if required) also on the first floor a Super king four poster en suite room, on the top floor there is 3 en suite rooms with Super king beds (which can also be twinned if required). Large Farmhouse style Kitchen - Newly refurbished Farmhouse style Kitchen with Gas / electric Range stove, dishwasher, washing machine, large American fridge freezer, air-fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, all crockery and glass-wear you need along side cutlery and utensils. We do also provide basic cleaning items. Games Room - pool table, darts, table tennis, playing cards & board games. Infrared Sauna - on the first floor which is private for use while you stay for your own relaxation time and has a walk in shower in the room. Hot Tub - for up to 6 adults and is private for your use while you stay in the court yard with moorland views and views of the wonderful night sky from dust (we do supply towels for the hot tub) BBQ area with seating - there is an outside kitchen area for all your outside catering needs located outside of the house close to the kitchen and has a large bench style seating area to maximise dining space so you can eat while enjoying the spectacular views. Pizza Oven, Argentinian grill & Charcoal BBQ you (will need to bring charcoal with you if you plan on doing lots of outside catering) Fire Pitt - to enjoy the cooler evenings by with your favourite tipple. (please do bring wood for this) Private Drive & Gardens Family Lounge with TV, games and plenty of cosy seating Large Dining room which can seat 18 Free WIFI (we are rural so can be intermittent) Children's play park area Woodland meditation circle / wellness area Private Parking for up to 20 cars Dog friendly
