Pricing per head can sometimes simplify a slightly more intricate model.
With ourselves we operate as a venue, catering company, and decorating company - and so the per head can be skewed higher because of this.
With guest numbers the lower the guest numbers the higher the per head. The higher the guest numbers the lower the per head.
We also have two rooms for hire and so our signature room on the groundfloor is more costly than our smaller more intimate first floor room.
