A beautifully restored historic Edwardian Pump House providing a dramatic backdrop for a special day. Now the only surviving Edwardian pumping station in the city, that originally opened in 1909 to supply power to Manchester's mills and warehouses. It is now home to People's History Museum, the national museum of democracy and the home of ideas worth fighting for. All our invome goes right back into supporting the museum and our work with communities. So your wedding will help to preserve stories from the past and inspire future generations to take action.
