Venue Hire Only
Our venue prices all include VAT, and cover the site hire of our extensive and exclusive grounds, as well as use of the custom-designed large scale marquee from TMP Events.
The facilities include all undressed tables and chairs for your guest numbers, neutral carpets and solid flooring throughout, ivory marquee linings with fairy lights and chandelier lighting, a black and white dancefloor with a stunning starlight cloth above (Midi/Max space only), luxury toilets, on-site security staff on the day, generator and fuel, free parking, standard cleaning costs, and a large catering bay for your choice of one of our approved caterers to work from.
The rest operates as a ‘dry hire’ venue, meaning that you have a beautiful marquee in a stunning location to work with as a blank slate. It is then up to you to choose your bar options (full bar service or provide your own drinks – no corkage fee!), and to organise the food, décor, music, entertainment, and anything else that will make your day just the way you want it to be. You are able to source your own additional items as needed, and our marquee suppliers also offer a selection of add-on items that can be hired depending on your requirements.
