We arrived with a long list of questions, but she was so knowledgeable and organised that she answered almost everything before we even had the chance to ask. The whole team were incredibly accommodating throughout the planning process. My wife and I are both quite fussy eaters, but they were more than happy to work with us to create a BBQ-style buffet that suited exactly what we wanted, within reason. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We had around 50–60 guests travelling from all over the country, with most making journeys of between two and six hours to celebrate with us. Having plenty of hotel rooms available on site was a huge advantage, as our guests could book directly with the hotel themselves. It meant we didn’t have to worry about organising transport to and from the reception or where everyone was going to stay, which took a huge amount of stress away from us. On the day itself, everything ran perfectly and on time, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. The staff were professional, friendly and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Without a doubt, this venue offers exceptional value for money. The quality of the service, flexibility and overall experience far exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely don’t think you’ll find better value anywhere else in the area. No question was too much trouble (even the 5 emails I sent her from midnight to 6am the night before the wedding!) on the day everything was spot on and just as it should be, there were no problems and everyone enjoyed themselves. We can’t thank you enoughMitchell Hall was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. From the very first meeting, Fran was utterly amazing. When I first viewed the venue, I wasn't completely sure, but I took a chance because I believed in Fran and her vision. Looking back, I'm so glad I did. The venue looked absolutely stunning on the day and exceeded all of our expectations. The value for money was exceptional too. The price was so reasonable considering everything that was included, and the level of service we received was outstanding. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the staff were and how attentive they were throughout the day. We had 60 people for our wedding.If your on budget or not this is definitely the venue for you.
