Wedding coordinator and complimentary use of the bridal suite. Venue hire cost will be dependant on the size and specification of the marquee, this can discussed with our wedding team.

Missenden Abbey have 4 wedding packages suitable for all budgets and requirements. The Silver Wedding Package costs a total of £6,000, based on 50 guests, which includes venue hire, ceremony room hire, Misbourne drinks package, three course wedding breakfast , DJ and disco, evening snacks, complimentary bridal suite and more, applicable on any Sunday throughout the year, excluding bank holiday weekends. The Gold Wedding Package includes the same as the Silver package, but costs £7,500 for 50 guests, when you choose to marry in January, February, March, October or November on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The Diamond Wedding Package is priced at £8,500 for 60 adult guests which includes venue hire, bridal dressing room, ceremony room hire, Hampden drinks package, three course wedding breakfast , DJ and disco, evening snacks, complimentary bridal suite and more. Last but by no means least, the Platinum Wedding Package is based on 90 guests and is priced at £12,500 including marquee hire as well as everything included in the Diamond package.

Licensed for civil weddings and partnerships, our main house is exclusively yours for the day and ceremonies can be held in the Library or the Garden Room followed by canapés and Champagne on our manicured lawns that feature picturesque views of the Chilterns. You can host a beautiful wedding breakfast within the vaulted ceilings and stained glass of our dining rooms or within a marquee on the luscious grounds, and then dance the night away with a live band or disco. You and your new spouse will retire to the Abbey Suite at the end of the night, given complimentary from Missenden Abbey. The Abbey features 57 bedrooms so that your guests can join you in the morning for a full English Breakfast which is included in the accommodation price. The whole team made the day run so smoothly so we could just enjoy ourselves and time with our guests. The DJ was great at keeping everyone happy on the dance floor! A huge thank you to you and all the staff
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and all the staff that made our wedding day last Saturday so perfect. The Abbey looked beautiful, and you made us and our guests feel so welcome from the minute we arrived, The food was outstanding from the canapés, the meal itself, the BBQ and then breakfast the following day. We had so many comments saying how lovely the food was. The young people who were waitressing or serving at the bar were so friendly and attentive making the atmosphere so calm and relaxed. Stuart and I had the best day, ( the weather helped) but we do want to say a huge thank you to yourself and the whole team for making it so. We don’t know how smoothly things ran behind the scenes and if there were any hiccups, we never knew. We chose the Abbey on line during lockdown not having been around it or tasting any of the food, but we’re so glad we did as it was perfect! Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to everyone involved, it was truly amazing.

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

We had one particular wedding, where the bride's father and grandfather owned a steam engine which they brought down to the Abbey and used it for the couples wedding photos. The bride also wore her mother's wedding dress and combined with the history of her father's steam engine this made the wedding extra special and unique.

The historic structure made of stained glass windows and vaulted ceilings as well as the 400 year old cedar tree on our lawn, perfect for your wedding photos!
