Our self catered packages include all the tools you need to then personalize and make use of to bring your wedding to life.
Our standard package is priced at £2000 and includes -
• Hire of the Parksite Suite • Use of the hotel grounds for photographs • Hotel representative • Table and chairs • White table linen • White paper napkins • Use of our kitchen area (for reheating purposes only) • Kitchen porter x 1 • Free car parking • Special accommodation rates for your guests.
Our upgraded package is priced at £3500 and includes all of the above plus -
• Catering Manager • Soft drinks corkage charge • Crockery, cutlery and glassware • Cloth napkins • Red carpet arrival • Early access to the ballroom (for decoration purposes) • Use of the hotel’s table easel • Changing room for guests
We have a list of external caterers we can work with, however always open to working with new businesses. If you wish to hire our staff on top of the staff provided by your caterer our charges are as followed plus other charges to consider -
• Team members: £12.50 per hour • Management: £22.00 per hour • White chair covers & coloured sash: £3.50 per chair • Corkage charges for alcoholic beverages available on request
