Facilities and Capacity Meadow & Marquee has a Willow Woodland, perfect for an outdoor blessing of up to 160 of your nearest and dearest. Set in three acres of beautiful countryside, the surroundings bloom into a vibrant meadow in the summer months. The petal pole marquee can seat up to 160 guests. They are also pet-friendly, so no cherished family member has to miss out on the celebrations! This is an exclusive use venue with only one wedding to be hosted per weekend. The venue fee covers a three day hire of Friday - Sunday. Meaning that couples have the opportunity to dress the marquee on the Friday for a relaxed set-up ready for full celebrations on the Saturday! There is on-site parking available plus the option to hire disabled toilets for full wheelchair access. Extras such as ceremony furniture, fire pits and arches are also available through their suppliers. Services Offered With over 25 years in the wedding and catering business, the Meadow & Marquee team knows how to host an unforgettable wedding while keeping your guests satisfied with delicious food. Their exclusive menus include canapes, three course meals, sharing platters and evening buffet including street food options. Meadow & Marquee only host private viewings so that you get the place to yourselves when looking around with the owners. Their experience means they can guide you through the planning process with ease. You will receive a "planning package" upon securing your date with lots of hints and tips to help plan your perfect day along with an in-depth consulation with their catering manager to discuss the menu. Optional on-the-day wedding coordination packages are also available. They have a specifically designed package in conjuction with their marquee supplier to include all of the elements needed to host a marquee wedding, as well as a wealth of knowledge on timelines, external suppliers and style inspiration!
