We pride ourselves on offering a unique setting for your wedding day and will only hold one wedding a day within Knebworth Park, therefore offering you exclusivity for your treasured photographs with Knebworth House as the backdrop.
Imagine the wedding party arriving along the ancient chestnut avenue, a vista of 250 acres of deer park unfolding before you, and in the distance the turrets, heraldic beasts and towers of Knebworth House. Wedding ceremonies may be held in the Tithe Barns, Cobbold and Lytton Barns, Garden Gazebo within Knebworth House Gardens and Knebworth House itself.
The gardens at Knebworth House date back to the 1600's with the present design, landscaped in the Victorian and Edwardian times. They offer the beautiful setting for your treasured photographs with Knebworth House as a stunning backdrop. Our Garden Gazebo also offers a romantic venue for you to host your civil marriage ceremony within the landscaped gardens.
The 16th Century Tithe Barns offer a stunning venue for your wedding breakfast and evening party, allowing you to host your perfect wedding day all at one venue.
If you are looking to have an evening reception only, the contemporary Cobbold Barn is a great addition with its beautiful oak structure that opens onto a private garden area.

Enjoy it - don't stress - you'll have a fantastic day regardless. Its all about enjoying your day with your closest family and friends - its great to have all the details but just remember the best memories are made by sharing time with the people you love.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Beautifully designed escort cards rather than the traditional table plan. Individual cards displayed with each guests name indicating which table they are setaed at. When at the table guests had an personalised menu card with a special message from the Bride and Groom. Just delightful!
Where’s the best photo spot at Knebworth House & Barns?
The sunken lawn with Knebworth House on one side and the simply stunning rose garden the other side you really are spoilt for choice!
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at Knebworth House & Barns?
Now that would be telling! Knebworth House and Barns is a firm favourite for filming ... so there is always a wealth of celebs popping in and out - from "royalty" to "reality" we see them all.
What’s your favourite canapé?
This season everyone seems to be finding it difficult to choose between our Harissa lamb with coriander chutney, pomegranate and lemon labneh canape and our delicious Tiger prawn with chilli and pineapple chutney!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Our flatbread kebabs filled with chargrilled chicken and/or vegetables with the sauce of your choice always go down well!
