The Kitchen Window @ Killearn Village Hall

We were the first 'big' wedding under The Kitchen Window's new venture so it was a learning curve for all involved. However, the process from start to finish was fantastic and the team/venue will always hold a special place in our hearts. The venue itself is unique in the sense that there are several different rooms to use. The games rooms was great for children (and big kids), the cafe bar area a great spill out section and the hall provided a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony, meal and then party! Sarah, along with Morgan and Hannah were so, so helpful and supportive of ideas that I/we had! Sarah's attention to detail is fantastic and she helped steer our thoughts/planning process. Her desire to help create a wonderful day is clear for all to see and on the day itself herself and her team worked so, so hard. A lot of guests complimented them on their work ethic. The venue is beautiful and the food...well, that was beautiful too!! Meal tasting was fantastic and the food on the day was lovely. I unfortunately didn't get to have a cocktail but my friends said they were fab!! I'd urge you to have a look around this venue. There's flexibility in creating a DIY wedding, whilst still having the trusted and professional help and direction of the team here. Good Luck!

We have used Kitchen Window for a few family events in our home and have been delighted with the quality of the food (and the amount!), the personal service as we've worked on the menu together and the one to one attention to detail on specific allergy requirements. I would heartily recommend Kitchen Window for any personal event. You will not be disappointed!

Sarah could not have been more accommodating and ready to add details to make my event as trouble-free as possible. On the night, everything turned out perfectly: the space looked gorgeous, the food was delicious and nicely presented, and the staff were efficient and helpful throughout the evening. The scenery over Loch Lomond from the balcony was beautiful in the sunset. All contributing to a great success!

We chose The Kitchen Window/Killearn Village Hall for our Diamond Wedding Anniversary lunch party, and we couldn't have chosen a better venue. Sarah's warmth meant that our guests felt welcome, her professionalism made everything run smoothly, and her attention to detail meant that everything was perfect, from the flowers and decor to the wonderful food and catering for a variety of dietary needs. Everyone enjoyed the day thoroughly, from the great-grandfather down to the youngest child. The food was truly delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah and her highly competent staff.. We look forward to more celebrations in The Kitchen Window.

The Kitchen Window helped me and my husband organise our ABBA 50th birthday party in Killearn Village Hall. Sarah dealt with my many requests, set up and take down, and her team were utterly charming and helped make the evening run so smoothly providing great food and cocktails and serving drinks for around 100 guests. They are a wonderful team, and there were many compliments to the chef. Thank you Kitchen Window for helping make it such a special birthday!
