Can I say a big massive thank you to all the staff
Can I say a big massive thank you to all the staff that worked on our renewal day. They were amazing and went above and beyond on what was expected, with nothing being to much trouble. An especially massive thank you to Jake who made things so much easier for us. He was very caring and was always there to help in any way he could. He also made sure that everything was done to our specifications and checked to make sure it was right. Nothing was a bother. He never stopped. The food was spot on, thank you to all the kitchen staff. It was delivered in a professional fast manner so that we were all able to eat together. Even when one of the older children changed their mind on what they wanted it wasn’t any problem for them to change the meal. They did this without any fuss and discretely so that not everyone knew about it. That made the child feel as though she wasn't causing any problems. A big thank you for that. In fact even the staff not involved with the day were excellent. Friendly and helpful and even went out of their way to compliment us on our wedding outfits, which I thought was really lovely. Again nothing was a problem and they always acknowledged you as you went past. I would also like to thank you for all the help that you did on rearranging it all several times over. Then making it all seem so easy for the day to go ahead with all the changes that occurred. I will definitely recommend you to everyone who is looking for a venue for any reason. Once again thank you to everyone involved.
